Ulasan Colonna Palace Hotel

Colonna Palace Hotel has an amazing rooftop view, located right in front of Palazzo Montecitorio, the seat of Italian Parliament. The stuff is very friendly and warm. Breakfast is abundant and with a view on Rome’s roofs. I absolutely loved it there.

Nice hotel and very good location, opposite the Parliament. Only a few minutes walk to Fontana Di Trevi and Phanteon. We did all major attractions by foot. The staff was nice.

Most rude people I have ever met. The hotel rooms were broken and not available. They changed my room everyday due to some issue everyday (AC, heat, plumbing, window). The changing rooms were way cheaper than my original booking. The AC and heat and water were not working. The commode was overflowing, the window won't lock. Breakfast was included but not provided and asked to pay additional cost. The room was different and smaller than described. Cleaning was not done for 4 days. The manager said Trip.com will process a refund but Trip.com denied. I lost mental peace

The rooms need renovation! The hotel is in an excellent location but beyond that there is no value for the price. It's time to renovate the very outdated and uninviting old rooms. We are in Italy, so it will be nice to add a coffee machine or something small that will give a welcoming feeling in hotel 4 stars hotel. The breakfast is very basic. Life has moved on, so you can freshen up a bit and give a better value for the high price. Even internet connection is very poor at all floors, they promised to do something about it but we couldn’t get connected during the whole stay.

Very nice location, would stay here again.

Room was very smelly. Breakfast was poor. Staff was rude. No coffee/tea/water in the rooms.

飯店對面是眾議院，離萬神殿很近，剛到倒時差的時候可以看天剛亮包場的萬神殿，早餐可以喝着特調的咖啡看個日出，海鷗回來駐足，小鳥會來覓食。就是設施比較老，空調聲音有點大

位置：距離萬神廟很近，對面就是眾議院，到處都是警察巡邏，很有安全感 早餐：非常非常贊，早餐在頂樓，有小花園和泳池，早起吃早餐就是一個景點

wifi基本等於沒有 樓道老舊甚至一個人住有點恐怖 衞生間乾淨 但不是智能馬桶 沒有熱水壺 但是問酒店前台借了 特別好 早餐還可以 但是在頂樓 比較擠 要早點去因為會有很多人 不過在國會大廈門口 樓下全是警察 特別特別安心！！ 位置citywalk很方便 五分鐘就是許願池 很多店

Hotel stupendo, di lusso. Location centralissima. Ciò che lo rende UNiCO è la presenza di SARA, gentilissima, fantastica, capace di aiutare e soddisfare i bisogni , come è stato per noi: una famiglia con bambini molto piccoli. Grazie Sara sei unica , hai reso speciale la nostra vacanza
