Hotel Seiler

Still has $1000 from my trip back in October which they agreed to pay back money for a stay I didn’t take place but did not. The picture below shows me leaving and I sent an email too reiterating that and they played like they didn’t Know. I was thousands of miles from home.

Absolutely terrible stains in sheets and stains and tears in furniture. I refused to stay because the room looked nothing like the pictures and the lights weren’t working. I had to literally carry all my luggage up two flights of stairs alone no bell hop nothing. Knowing this they refuse to refund me any of my $1300 I paid for a five night stay. Immediately I checked out the same night and then checked into a hotel across the Street. I’ve been calling for almost a week emails and phone calls not returned and they hang up in my face.

Me and my partner stayed here for 2 nights from the UK. The room had no air con (despite there being a heat wave in Rome), no working fridge, no working safe and the shower only had scorching hot water. We complained about the air con multiple times, promised it would be fixed, to then be told by the rude and unhelpful guy at reception there’s nothing they can do and all rooms are having the same issue. The rooms were dirty, the walls had awful brown stains on… the bedding had marks on and the hotel was overall dated and lacked basic necessities. The staff were the most unhelpful and rude people I have ever met, I asked to speak to the hotel manager (in which I was told doenst exist??). This place was SO bad we spent most of our holiday searching for other places to stay. We spend a lot of time travelling, and I’ve stayed in better 1* hostels in India. Do not book this place, save your money and book somewhere half decent where the hotel has basic amenities and the staff aren’t arrogant and unapproachable. I should have guessed it was going to be horrific when there have been no reviews in the last 1 year +

Hotel is on convenient location, few shops and restaurants near by, room is cleaned on daily basis also towels are changing daily. There is no wardrobe in the room, just 3 hangers on the wall. Problem with hot water in the shower, water constantly changing between hot and cold... not pleasant at all. Soundproof is big issue, you can literally hear everything from other room. Breakfast is very poor, should be improved. Staff is very nice and friendly, especially receptionist Christina.

EL PEOR DESAYUNO DE MI VIDA Una sorpresa bajar a desayunar y no encontrar nada de pan para poder tostar. Nada de embutidos ni queso. Solo había yogures, cereales y croasanes. Mantequilla y mermelada. Hoy segundo día y hemos bajado nuestro desayuno para no pasar hambre. THE WORST BREAKFAST OF MY LIFE It was a surprise to go down to breakfast and not find any bread to toast. No sausages or cheese. There was only yogurt, cereal and croissants. Butter and jam. Today is the second day and we have reduced our breakfast so as not to go hungry. LA PEGGIORE COLAZIONE DELLA MIA VITA Una sorpresa scendere a colazione e non trovare il pane da tostare. Niente salsicce né formaggio. C'erano solo yogurt, cereali e croissant. Burro e marmellata. Oggi è il secondo giorno e abbiamo ridotto la colazione per non soffrire la fame.

Non è mai bello dare un giudizio non buono su una struttura. Ci sono degli aspetti positivi che non vanno trascurati Posizionato a poche centinaia di metri dalla stazione Termini e dal centro. Il personale è gentile anche se un po' lento nel check-in. Le camere sono piccole ma tuttosommato pulite. Colazione accettabile anche se la sala è piccolina. Diversi aspetti sono migliorabili a cominciare dall'insonorizzazione delle camere, praticamente assente. La camera è piccola, è vero che era una singola ma è una delle singole più piccole che ho visto. Il bagno è veramente minuscolo con la pigna della doccia che mandava acqua ovunque (con poche decine di euro si sostituisce e si evitano brutte figure). Non c'è un armadio in camera. Il frigobar vuoto. L'hotel in realtà è in due stabili distinti, in uno reception sala colazione e poche stanze, nell'altro al 3°piano le camere, per fare colazione bisogna uscire ed attraversare una piccola corte interna. Rapporto qualità/prezzo a vantaggio del secondo.
