Great location, pay attention before entrance online check-in is a must, however they are fast in communicstion and flexible with requests. Room was a bit loud.

強烈建議不選擇這家。當天去羅馬的航班延誤了，去市區的車上嘗試聯繫酒店，但始終是電子語音。從車站走到酒店門口，已經是午夜，還下小雨，進不去，也聯繫不上，通過攜程聯繫到了（國內是清晨6點），要求發護照頁，但彩信始終發不出去（順便吐槽電信和移動的海外版），華為手機又下載不了本地的APP（需要GOOGLE帳號，中國手機註冊不了）。然那個前台説他要睡覺了，我已經超過酒店規定的入住時間，讓我自己去找地方住吧。。。。。。第二天還不退款。希望去羅馬的不要踩雷，否則午夜羅馬的街頭，會讓你留下深刻印象。 感謝攜程的兩位客服美女，非常好的服務態度。

方便走路7分鐘到鬥獸場 衞生：很好 環境：有的馬路聲音但不是很吵 房間空間充裕，一房一廳的，所以一家人睡覺不會幹擾，，

小酒店比較隱蔽，門臉較小。服務熱情，送了葡萄酒和小食品。設施比較老舊，花灑是壞的根本不能用。交通方便，距離火車站一站地鐵，去梵蒂岡也方便。這次唯一不便利是附近地鐵站不能用現金買票只能充值，很多乘客都很失望。

隔音很差，房間的東西擺放及小細節都沒注意，譬如房間竟然沒垃圾桶等，就地點還不錯而已，其餘都一般般😓

酒店入住操作非常麻煩有待改進，服務態度非常好

I thought the location would be closer to Roma Termini, but it took well over 10mins to walk there, especially with suitcases. The breakfast will be brought into your room, so be careful of what you’re wearing! Room was spacious, as well as the bathroom. One thing I request is for the hotel to notify us beforehand that the city tax is only available in cash, as other hotels had, or allow credit. As it was our last day, we had to work our schedule around finding an exchange place. Although it did work out in the end, the manager was only at the hotel until 3, so that also made it very difficult. Would definitely recommend adding what’s app if you’re going to check in late.

The hotel was located in a great area with restaurants, metro stations, bars and attraction within walking distance. The room we stayed in was a little small for 2 people, had a balcony facing the interior of the building, tv, small fridge, and nice bathroom. An elevator is available, however there are about 5 steps before reaching. Staff was very attentive and helpful. However, there was no noise cancelling materials from hearing activities and/or people outside of the room. A light breakfast is served for a price. Hotel areas kept clean. Overall, stay was perfect for the price and area stayed.

It's easy access to other tour spot. And receptionists are very kind. But it was a little bit loud.

The name of the hotel and the very positive reviews raise certain expectations, which are unfortunately only partially fulfilled. The hotel is getting on in years and the room was very small. The (also very small) balcony and the very comfortable mattress were positive features. Friendly staff, but very limited reception hours!

Fantastic location. Walking distance to the Colosseum and the terminal station. Secure property, and friendly staff. Easy check and out and room was perfect for our stay. Breakfast was brought to our room at the time we requested and was warm and pleasant. Would 100% come back and recommend.

Great location but the room is a tadd small for 2 people and the luggage. You had to walk around things as it was tight quarters. Overall it was a good visit.

It was central to all our requirements . Excellent service all round.
