WIFI is non existent. This is not a hotel. Has no staff on site. Rooms were dirty. We paid for 2 nights left after 1st night and they charged us $275 for a no show booking EVEN though we paid for a night and didnt stay. I wouldn’t recommend this to my enemy

Terrible from start to finish! They tried to give me a different place altogether on arrival pretending there was a leak! But after saying this wasn’t good enough they took me to the original place I booked. On arrival it turned out they had double booked and I had to settle for a room that wasn’t a “deluxe double with sea view” far from it! It was a standard room with a view overlooking the flats behind! It was basic and quite dirty.

I dont know who made a mistake, after have been reserved and booked for 2 months, when i got to the property my reservation was cancelled. Now there goes hours of my first day in Italy looking for a hotel. Everything sold out. It ******. Getting there and…sorry you are on the streets, good luck.
