Not a 5 star for cleanliness. Dusty toliet. Claimed will refill a bottle of complimentary water automatically on a daily basis, truth is you won’t get a refill until u ring them

This hotel was the best hotel we have stayed in Italy! All the front desk staff were so welcoming and helpful. The hotel is also conveniently located near to the train station which is a plus point. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel and will be back if I’m coming back to Rome again!

The location is perfect, near the Termini station which connects you everywhere you go. Termini station is not exactly safe as there are many homeless people camping and roaming around. We felt that the hotel was safe as the doors were locked and security guard is on duty to service the guests.

Average hotel nothing special how became 5 star don’t know

The location is just perfect that it is right next to Roma Termini and we can take either the tube or bus easily to get to our destinations. It is also a walk distance to Colosseum. The staff at the reception are really helpful and nice too. Me and my friend reserve for the breakfast for one of our day and it worths paying €19 for it!

VERY NICE, VERY CONVENIENT HOTEL

位於火車站附近，從機場做大巴到火車站下車，走5min就能到達酒店。酒店晚上十二點外面還比較熱鬧，安全比較好，隔音也還行。 整體裝修風格偏簡單淡雅。價格偏貴。服務一般吧，這邊英語普及率比較低，讓借個盤子都墨跡半天

超滿意的一次體驗 首先他是很近roma termini 車站 5分鐘左右 地理位置理想 雖說是側門，也是有人看著開門的 知道我們訂3人房還給升級了 職員很有禮貌，很helpful 早上因為晚了起床 到了餐廳才知早餐時間完結 在問過職員後 他們十分有禮貌地說抱歉 因為星期一早上，他們早餐收很比較早 但也提出了讓我們點餐 crossiant muffins cereals fruit 份量也很足夠 大貼心了 退房可以寄存行李 在要拿回行李時 職員在忙入住旅客 我們先退出外面坐 禮賓職員馬上趕出來，等著我們settle down 才問有沒有幫助的地方 真是很有manner 知道我們要取行李時 她也很友善的說讓她幫忙可以嗎 接著請了幾位先生幫我們拿行李， 知道我們要坐shuttle也幫我們搬下枱階 非常友好 另外我們在shuttle 上遺下電話 發郵件給他們請他們幫忙聯絡 他們也極快反應，聯絡給回覆 真的感覺太好了！ 十分推薦！！

房間有點小，不過衞生間挺大，餐廳的餐食的品質和豐富性一般，city tax真的有點高，但這個應該不是餐廳的問題是羅馬的問題，總體上如果沒有更好的選擇的情況下這個也可以選擇（圖片1，從房間往外看、2、3是酒店門口的景觀）

非常好的入住體驗，雖然在火車站旁邊安全方便乾淨安靜全部完美。這次是跟我父親一起去的，他對睡眠的要求很高，入住後所有體驗都很稱心。從前台到服務人員都很專業。下次去羅馬還會選擇這家。

非常好，工作人員都很熱情，就是門口修路不太方便，出門就是火車站，非常方便。離各個景點都很近，打車大概10-20分鐘就到。

Le voyage était super. Par contre la chambre nous a été donné à 15h20 au lieu de 15h00. Du retard pour du 5 étoiles… sinon tout était propre, service aimable , petit déjeuner super . Merci
