Ulasan Hotel Mirage

Stayed 2 nights The location is good. (next to train station) The staffs are friendly and helpful. The room size is accommodating. They changed towel on daily basis. The AC / heater is not working. only minus point.

location is good, 5 minutes walling to Roma Termini, simple breakfast. But room cleanliness is not good, blanket is old, there's bug's bit on my daughter's face at midnight on 2nd night and 3rd night, i think it's from pillow, anyway I will not stay there again.

호텔 위치는 테르미니 최근접해서 야간 투숙 및 차후 시내 와 다른 도시로 이동 용이합니다. 식사는 커피와 빵, 요플레, 음료로 매우 간단하게 서빙됩니다. 서비스, 청결도, 시설은 가격 대비 괜찮습니다. 방음이 잘 되어 주간 및 야간 소음도 작아서 휴식하기 양호합니다. 일주일 사이 2차례 이용하였습니다~

酒店就在羅馬中心火車站右邊，走過去很近，如果你有行李來這裏比較方便，酒店安全措施做的很不錯，安全監控加上密碼門，外人很難進入，酒店下面斜對面有一個川菜館味道相當不錯很正宗.

テルミニ駅のすぐちかくです。ホテルの入り口とフロントの入り口が違うので（すぐ隣ですが）フロントでチェックインをした後、ホテルの入り口を解錠してもらい中に入ります。 ちょっと買い物に外へ出るにも、鍵をフロントに預け、帰ってきたらフロントで鍵を受け取って解錠してもらうのでちょっと手間がかかります。 エレベーターはあります。 部屋のトイレットペーパーを切らした時、フロントで言えばすぐにもらえました。 二回出入りしましたが、二回ともフロントにちゃんと人がいました。

First of all I want to say that when we arrived, a man who's working was very polite. I asked him: are you the capo di tutti capo of hotel, he said no no just "magare" and he start to laugh. We were in room 402. Very clean and cozy. They change towels everyday and filipine woman in restoraunt was very polite and always smile. Heating in the room maybe could be better. Breakfast, I don't know how to describe: funny? Croasan and coffe. One day I ate two croasan. I was hungry. In my country we ate a lot for breakfast. But this is not important foe enjoying Rome. Hotel position at very good spot. Town is amazing, people smiling and sun is shining. We travel a lot and this is average hotel, but hotel with soul. I wish you all the best in the future and big hug from Serbia.

Ok let's start with the good, the ONLY good thing about this place is that it was right across the street from the Termini train station, which made it alot easier trying to get to FCO at 5am. Now, the not so good. Got there and there was a man and woman at the front desk (owners?), they were not very friendly at all but checked me in. Got up to my room which wreathed of smoke and on top of that the card holder to activate the lights was broken. Told the man he was not at all apologetic or empathetic, simply responding "that can't be the case" and telling me to use the card that he gave me (which I explained I tried and didn't work). He came up to my room with me and after seeing that I was right about exactly what I was describing he took several minutes to find a piece of cardboard that finally activated the switch. Besides that, the room wreathed of smoke and was overall so filthy that I had to wear my flip flops when I never do in most hotels, and used the bathroom as little as possible and didn't shower since I didn't trust that it was at all hygienic. Left my suitcase on my bed next to me while I slept since I didn't want to lay it out on the filthy floors. Bed was rock hard as well. Knowing that I was damaging my lungs every second I was in that hotel room and lying in who knows what kind of germs I got up at 4:30am and bolted right out. When I handed my keys back to the man he was again unfriendly and didn't thank me for my business or wish me safe travels
