They provide a breakfast with pastries, yogurt, fruit, etc. and they bring it right to your room in the morning. On the day of check out, we needed to leave our luggage and they graciously accommodated us. Tanvin was super helpful in taking care of everything we needed. They were all very responsive when we had questions and were very kind and helpful! We will definitely stay here next time we are in Rome!
