Only issue encountered were with maintenance service. We feed back about the bathtub draining very slowly (no separate shower) and that the electric towel dryer is not working. Both time service personnel came and supposedly fixed the issue but did not get them working. Wished the room we had was brighter as well. Location and breakfast were excellent.

I booked this hotel when I came to Rome during the low season in December! ! Totally a five-star experience! ! ! The service staff is great! In Europe, you are more or less not taken care of, but this hotel is really considerate ~ the welcome wine and cookies are delicious! The minibar’s juice is super rich! The breakfast is also delicious. The breakfast service staff will ask if you want to eat omelette! The freshly made omelette is delicious! Will come next time!

The front desk service is very good. You can call a taxi on your behalf. The bellman runs very fast. It is best to prepare a tip to encourage you. The only drawback is that the room is relatively small, just over 10 square meters and seems cramped. The price of more than 3,000 yuan does not include breakfast, and the price/performance ratio is average.

位置很好，旁邊就是人民廣場，還有西班牙台階及商業街，去各大景點也都走路可達，服務態度很好！ 酒店不過就是在禁行區，開車或者租車要注意 早餐一般！三人間挺大！

意外的很好 房間很大 價格對比相同酒店很實惠 裝修也好

房間不大，但是很乾凈。關鍵是位置好，早餐也不錯
