Welcome House

We had such a lovely time staying at the Welcome House. We arrived after chdck in had closed but instructions were clear and the hotel arranged a taxi at an additional cost which we requested. The room was very large, more than enough space for our family of 4. We liked that we had breakfast every morning in our room (croissants, juice and coffee). The first morning we were leaving early to travel to Florence but were provided with croissants to take with us whichbwas nice. The location is great. Close to the train station and also to many main sites. We managed to walk everywhere. We liked the rustic feel and the building that the hotel was in. We would stay there again and would reccomend.

It’s a good room. Very to the point. Breakfast could be better rather than just bread; skip this, loads of options in a walking radius. Clean linen has to be asked for incase of a long stay

We stayed there for 5 days and everything was so good. The position of this hotel is so so good it was next to bus stops, you just needed a few minutes to come to the trevi-fontain. The woman at the reception was so kind and helpful. The room were clean and the street in which the hotel is placed is well animated but in the room you don’t hear the noises. The only thing, which was a bit different than expected, was the breakfast. We had crossoint and bread, and cheese, jam, butter and nutella for eat and i would have wished maybe also yoghurt or salami or something like this, but i think this because italian people in general don’t eat that much for breakfast. Otherwise, its really to recommend, espacially for this good price and the excellent location in the city. When i come to rome again i would certainly go there again.

We stayed 5 nights in welcome house. The building is old and a little bit dirty, they didn’t have the room ready for us so we had to wait for them at least half an hour. The bathroom has mould in the walls. The room had so much dust. On our 3rd day they didn’t come to clean out when we were out for a walk and we called them to see what was going on and told us that they were cleaning other rooms. It has 2 beds in one which was very uncomfortable to sleep. And the walls very thin we could hear everything from the other rooms, the cell phone rang from the next room and we thought it was ours. The breakfast was very basic 2 croissant and 2 small breads and we had to eat it in the room so we didn’t eat at all we were eating out. Also one night we noticed at the reception that some rooms were making too much noise and they did absolutely nothing about it. the only positive thing is that it is quite close to many attractions. Αlthough the money we gave, which was quite a bit, was not worth it at all with all that we saw on our holidays.

Excellent location, with walkable distances throughout Rome centre. The room was pleasant, quite, very clean and organised. Friendly and helpful staff. Would love to stay there again, totally recommend.

Pessimo come valutazione è fare un complimento . Camera, abbandonata a se stessa,sporca in ogni angolo, bagno una vera e propria latrina, acqua calda assente per il primo giorno, signora alla reception, che con una serie di chiacchiere,tenta di raggirare tutti i PROBLEMI esposti, facendo passare il tutto come una cosa normale. Ovviamente con 2 bambine piccole di normalità c'è ben poco. Aggiungo pure che il prezzo per una "falsa quadrupla " è stato molto esoso con il completo pagamento anticipato (pessimo errore). Non fidarsi delle foto sul sito, mobilio vecchio e trasandato, carta da parati sporca e attaccata approssimativamente, porte con chiodini sporgenti (ci siamo strappati un giubbotto), parti a vista del condizionatore e aspiratore del bagno con strati di polvere visibili a distanza, gradino pericoloso all'ingresso della stanza.DA EVITARE, c è sicuramente di meglio soprattutto per il prezzo pagato. Per quanto riguarda Roma è eternamente bellissima.

Lo mejor del alojamiento es su situación cercano a todo y bien comunicado tanto por bus como metro. La estación de termini está a escasos 10 minutos así que buena opción para cojer el tren desde el aeropuerto. Sobre el desayuno te dejaban la bollería en una cesta eso sí siempre lo mismo. Lo peor son sus camas que son duras no lo siguiente y como echo fue que no nos avisaron de la subida del impuesto municipal desde el 1 de octubre, sobre el check in se hace bien aunque llegues después del cierre de recepción.

Semplice ma molto comodo e carino. Colazione in camera molto apprezzata. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile anche per la custodia dei bagagli il giorno della partenza. Zona tranquilla ma vicina a tutto
