Ulasan Maximus Residence

Maximus resident was wonderfull. We booked a room and thr address was another building. It took us a long time to find the office because the address on the booking was different than the office. When we found the office, they gave us a room with 57 stair steps and no view and no lift. After complaining, thr switched us to another building and great place with kitchen and 10 star view of the collocium. We were very happy. Very great place. I would give 10 star if I could.

Sejak awal kami harus mengejar mereka yang berkompeten untuk mendapatkan apa yang menjadi hak kami, yaitu air panas, pembersihan harian (membersihkan tempat tidur, membersihkan kamar mandi dan mengganti handuk) dan pod kopi. Dari empat hari masa inap, dua di antaranya benar-benar merugikan, meskipun masing-masing telah membayar €50 per malam. Setelah mengungkapkan ketidakpuasan kami, kami dikreditkan dengan hanya € 30, angka yang memalukan jika dibandingkan dengan total biaya (€ 400 + pajak turis), yang terbukti sangat tidak proporsional dengan layanan yang sebenarnya ditawarkan. Sayangnya, karena perawatan yang diterima, kami tidak dapat mengatakan bahwa kami telah mengalami liburan yang santai.

Kami pergi ke maraton Roma. Strukturnya diabaikan, suhu di dalam ruangan sangat tinggi tanpa ada kemungkinan untuk mengubahnya. Tingkat kebersihannya buruk. Di kamar saya bidet tidak ada dengan saniter lama dan tidak berfungsi (lihat foto). Harga yang diminta tinggi untuk layanan yang ditawarkan. Konsep seperti keramahan, kepuasan pelanggan, rasa hormat kepada pelanggan BUKAN prioritas struktur. Lokasi di posisi sentral, yang sayangnya tidak mengimbangi catatan negatif yang disebutkan di atas.

Pengalaman buruk. Terlepas dari lokasi yang dapat diterima dan dilayani dengan baik oleh taksi dan metro, tidak ada yang lain. Kamar kecil, tidak terawat, kotor dan panas Afrika tidak dapat disesuaikan secara manual. Saya merekomendasikan pembersihan kamar secara menyeluruh, juga sesuai dengan pandemi baru-baru ini yang sedang berlangsung. Saya melampirkan foto penjelasan!

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel. First, the housekeeping services were far below acceptable standards. During my stay, the only service provided was making the bed, with no towel changes or proper attention to the hygiene and comfort expected by your guests. More alarmingly, I experienced an extremely upsetting and unacceptable situation. While I was sitting quietly in a corner with my luggage with my family without blocking any pathways or disturbing anyone I was approached by a man who, in an aggressive and intimidating tone, shouted offensive words at me. This same individual went on to open the door and, quite literally, forced us to leave outside onto the street, in an outrageous and unjustified act of aggression. This incident made me feel deeply violated and disrespected. The man’s aggressive demeanor and threatening behavior left me shaken. The situation was so serious that I could have contacted the police. However, since I was traveling and wanted to avoid additional complications, I chose not to take this step, even though such behavior clearly warranted legal action. As a guest, I expected a safe and respectful environment, not to be subjected to this type of unacceptable and humiliating conduct. I demand immediate clarification regarding this incident. The hotel need to prioritize the respect and safety of its guests moving forward.

We had a great stay at Maximus Residence apartment. Perfect location just right next to Colosseum, lots of famous sights around in a walking distance. The room was clean and serviced daily. Great customer service. Would definitely highly recommend 👍 Thank you 😊

La nostra vacanza in questo residence è stata un bluff.Mi viene assegnata una stanza in un altro immobile diverso da quello stabilito per telefono in piazza del Colosseo.La camera era abbastanza sporca,polvere da tutte le parti e il secondo e terzo giorno siamo stati senza acqua calda.A tal proposito dopo diverse lamentele abbiamo richiesto il rimborso di un giorno che non è mai arrivato.

Hotel położony w rewelacyjnej lokalizacji blisko centrum a także w pieszej odległości od wszystkich atrakcji turystycznych max 30min pieszo Jesli ktos woli metro jest pod nosem Obsluga bardzo mila jak na recepcji tak i na stołówce. Śniadanie wystarczajce jak na początek dnia. Ogolnie bardzo polecam kameralny hotel w dobrej lokalizacji. 👍👍👍

Non sono solita a lasciare brutte recensioni, ma questa mi è doverosa. Ho prenotato questo “albergo” per via della sua posizione: molto vicina al Colosseo e alla stazione metro. E su questo ci siamo. Mi mandano mille mail per fare un pre check-in, lo faccio, e mi chiedono l’orario d’arrivo: 10:15. Arrivo addirittura dopo e la stanza non è pronta fino alle 14:00. Vabbè, pazienza. Poi mi viene detto che devo lasciare una cauzione di €100 per danni. Lo capisco e non contesto, ma comunque non mi era stato detto con anticipo e la cosa non mi fa piacere. Quando sono finalmente le 14:00 vado per prendere la chiave, e scopro che l’appartamento si trova in un altro palazzo, nella strada accanto. Anche qui, non mi lamento e vado. Arrivando lì, c’è una porta di legno al primo piano con quel che sembra un compilato di appartamenti insonorizzati, riuscivo a sentire anche il respiro di chi mi stava accanto, qualche 3 o 4 gruppi. Entro e comincia lo show degli orrori, la pulizia è semplicemente INESISTENTE. C’erano capelli appicciati al muro del bagno, muffa ovunque, una macchia di sangue nel letto dove ha dormito mia madre, tutto sporco. Il frigo non funzionava. Insomma, un incubo. Per evitare di rovinarmi la vacanza non mi sono lamentata e me ne sono andata, ma scontenta del tutto. Per essere corretta, ci sono delle note positive: il phon funziona molto bene, cosa quasi rara negli alberghi, le cialde di caffè lasciate a disposizione. Ma non lo indico a nessuno, non è minimamente equivalente al prezzo pagato. Era l’ultima tappa di un giro di 1 settimana per tutta l’Italia e per meno di quanto abbiamo pagato qui siamo stati molto meglio sia a Milano che a Firenze.
