Super nice location... next to trevi fountain and everyone was super nice, the only bad thing is that they were remodeling the hotel.

The hotel location was excellent. Also the hotel was very clean and the breakfast was vey good. I made a new reservation for this hotel for my next trip on February .

El hotel está ubicado de forma más que céntrica , andando a casi todos los destinos de roma El hotel está en obras de actualizacion , pero lo tiene bien montado y no molesta . Los pasillos están sin rematar y las habitaciones cumplen a la perfección. Son habitaciones bastante pequeñas. Ideal dormir , ducha ver la TV unos minutos y descansar. La zona de desayuno es correcta, a mí criterio es acordé a un 3 estrellas, hay mucho personal y muchos sitios donde desayunar. Dicha zona tiene muchos recovecos hasta una zona de juegos de mesa

Frukost mycket bra. Säng - bekväm. Daglig städning. Hög ljud från luftkonditionering, ingen möjlighet att styra. Utsikt från fönstret - dåligt. Ingen balkong. Väldigt trevligt och hjälpsam personal. Hissen har inte fungerat. Perfekt hotelläge.

Excelente ubicación.

The staff is pleasant and helpful. The beds are comfortable and clean: room service is good. The breakfast buffet is varied and plentiful. The greatest asset - it is an easy 3 minute walk from the Trevi fountain, a few souvenir shops; a variety of restaurants and gelato shops. In a 2 night stay, we enjoyed the Trevi at least 4 times - so were able to have a relaxed view, perfect pictures, and varied perspectives.

Comfortable,quiet slightly old fashioned hotel lt is less than one minute from Fontana di Trevi. In fact the Fountain is only less than 50 steps from the front of the hotel. The staff are helpful and speak and understand English well. They assisted me with directions to the Pantheon and Colosseum.

The property was clean, and the free breakfast buffet was great, with a variety of foods, coffees, & juices. The hotel was in a great location, very close to the Trevi Fountain & shops. HOWEVER, we had a lot of trouble with our rooms both times we stayed (on the 1st leg of our trip, and at the end, prior to going bk. to the U.S.). Though the room was very large with 2 windows, we'd asked for accommodations for 3 people in 1 room, but instead were given a double bed. When we asked for another room, the front desk was not accommodating & appeared bothered. On our return to the hotel at the end of our trip, we were given a very small room (about 12 x 12) with 3 single beds lined up against the wall in a row. At the foot of the beds was desk & closet. We had to walk in single file & walk between the ends of the beds & the desk to get to the bathroom. My friend sat on his bed and the entire bed collapsed to the floor. When staff removed the mattress, we saw that the bed was held together with rope tied to the 2 sections of the frame. We then saw the bed had been a loveseat that they tried to convert to a bed. We walked throughout our hall & saw that our room was actually part of a larger room they had split in half to allow for more guests (and more $$) -- which is why ours was so tiny.

THEY STOLE MY RING AND NEVER ANSWER OR GIVE AN EXCUSE TO GIVE IT BACK. NEVER GOT CONTACT BY ANY OF THEM. SUCH A BAD SERVICE. STAYED FOR THREE DAYS THEM SEND THEM AN EMAIL ASKING FOR MY RING. THEY EMAIL BACK AND THEN NEVER GOT AN ANSWER FROM THEM. ASKED THEM THE FOOTAGE OF THE PERSON WHO CLEANED UP AND NOTHING.

Everything was great! Location is perfect! Excellent rooms, good breakfast, very nice and cooperate staff. I recommend it highly! We would definitely come back to this hotel. Thank you for a great vacation!

I stayed in this hotel for a business reason 2 weeks ago. location is amazing you can reach many historical places by walk 5-50 minutes. But Hotel workers still didn’t send/give our receipt that even they promised us to send as sson as possible. And also i sent them message by their web site, still they don’t care.
