Ulasan Mercure Inverness Hotel

Do NOT accept a room facing union street ie main entrance. There are nightclubs and fast food places. The noise until 0300 is unbelievable. Especially friday and saturday. Go riverside ONLY

Location was ideal, view from room was gorgeous, staff were helpful. However, rooms were rather dusty.

Can't leave proper review as made a genuine mistake with booking ...had entered wrong dates....was visiting my dad in hospital so had to rebook another hotel very quickly ,so never got any refund at all not even partial refund so lost all the money paid for hotel and breakfast ...

The hotel is kinda old. No light right outside the door. Unable to check in even slightly earlier as counter only open at 3pm. There are only one white light at the door near toilet, the rest of the lights are yellow dim light. But not the worst to stay in.

Near Inverness train station, beside is Ness river, walk with old buildings style that look nice. A couple of shopping centres nearby, plenty of restaurants for you to choose. Wifi in the room is slow, but at hall consider all right. Breakfast spread is considered good for European style. A heating facility is also available. The room is small but enough for me to stay... solo travel

Ok location but it’s rather noisy from the street on Friday night as the room’s sound isolation is not great

Ideal location Lovely room - two small criticisms, only one power outlet and lighting not very good for my partner getting ready. Lovely staff, especially the GM Azhar. Cocktails were amazing. His manor was top notch too, nothing was too much for him.

Hotel muito bem localizado e facilidade de estacionamento em frente, porém hotel super velho, e com cheiro de mofo.

Gosto dos hotéis da rede Mercure a qual usei bastante. No entanto esse me surpreendeu muito mas de forma negativa. A porta de entrada era tão estreita que mal conseguimos passar. Tenho 169 cm e 72 kilos. E minha esposa mais magra ainda. Apartamento pequeno,muito simples, nada a ver com outros da rede. Não tem ar condicionado e não consegue abrir a janela. Parecia que estava numa câmara de gás. Não recomendo.

Even at four floors up the noise at 3am from revellers kept us awake. We stayed here before but, had a room to the back of the building. If we stay here again we would request a room at the rear of the building.

Lovely stay made very welcome by Zoe on reception all the staff were friendly ,great service in restaurant on both nights had lovely meals and in the mornings breakfast was out standing everything laid out and big variety. Plus side for me had GF bread and cornflakes . New go place for us to stay in Inverness . The cleaner kept the place spotless
