Nous sommes arrivés à 15h à « l’hôtel ». Il s’agit plutôt d’un airbnb il n’y a pas de réception. Personne ne nous répondait, il a fallut appeler au téléphone la personne, il faut être débrouillard car pas évident de s’exprimer dans une autre langue et se faire comprendre. Nous avons patienter 1h avant de prendre une décision seul car la boîte à clé se trouve à l’intérieur de l’immeuble. Il faut absolument une personne sur place pour vous ouvrir.. pas pratique ! Conseil : arriver à l’heure sinon vous allez galérer… De plus il ne garde pas les bagages alors que la question avait était posé 2 semaines et la personne avait répondu positivement… bref. Nous ferons plus attention la prochaine fois.

We had a really lovely stay at the guest house. Muna met us at the airport to drive us into Rome, which was a great way to start our trip it was such a pleasant drive. She also gave us some great recommendations for places to go and where to eat which was fantastic. The room was clean and a good standard and the location was great, super close to the metro and a short walk from the tram line. When we left, we needed to head to the airport at 3am and Muna was there for us again like an absolute hero. Would definitely recommend the guest house for sure

The place os very food, the neighborhood a little awful and the other roomates very noisy

This was the cheapest place we could find during our stay in Rome and while the location was great (a few minutes walk to a bus stop and metro) and Muna was helpful and responds fast, the hotel cleanliness was questionable. When we checked in, there was some food wrapper and garbage left underneath the bed and there is a really bad smell (sewer smell) coming out of the drain in the bathroom, probably from the pipes. The walls are thin so you can hear everything. There was also a miscommunication regarding the city tax as they only accept cash which we were not informed ahead of time and no receipt was provided when we paid. There is no reception desk so you have to communicate with them via WhatsApp. If you don’t have a lot of budget this is passable but I would say, up your budget a little bit to get a better hotel and service.

If you are looking for a place with a great location, this is a 10 minute walk to the main train terminal as well as a five minute walk to a subway station. Five minute walk to the grocery store. only complaint about this facility is lack of hot water. Five days of a cold slightly warm shower was rough. Also was never given new towels, so used the same towels for the whole trip put one towel on the floor to see if that would get us new towels, and all the person did was hang up the towel that had been on the floor , gross . Also hard to communicate with hotel when coming in to check in, they want you to use the ‎WhatsApp for communication.

This affordable spot was in a great location that made walking around Rome convenient. The staff picked us up from the airport as well which was much appreciated. The room was very clean and we had no issues while there. I’d stay there again.

Pros: Location 10-15 minute walk to Central Train Station and 10-15 minute walk to Colosseum and surrounding sites. The room was cute and had a comfortable bed with extra blankets. The host was fantastic and very accommodating. Allowed us to check in early which was a huge kudo. Cons: The room was a bit small, but good enough for 2 people. Bathroom was tiny. There was a full kitchen as a common area with 2 other rooms but did not use it. Overall good stay and fit what was needed for the time!!!

I like that there is an actual person who attended to us.The room was clean and the apartment too. Its close to the termini easy for commuting. Thanks Rheanne for the breakfast and hospitality.
