Ulasan Hotel Campidoglio

This one is a scam. Not even worth 1 star. Although it shows here a hotel but actually one of old style apartment building and it's operated by another hotel next door where you do the check-in. The room is so small and dark. The bathroom is also super dark and no light at the shower place. Although the staff is nice and helpful but really bad experience with this so called "3 star hotel" - worst than a motel. The only good thing is very close to Roma Termini station.

酒店門口難搵，沒有指示，完全搵唔到checkin位置。最後行左幾圈先知有間姊妹酒店做checkin... 房間偏細，兩張單人床拼成雙人床。水壓不穩，熱水不熱。 早餐尚算多選擇

We stayed here for 3 nights in March. It was a good location, not too far from termini however we did not receive communication about the check in process and that we needed to visit hotel Contilia to check in. We were then directed a few doors down to some rooms and given keys to get in and out. The place was ok, there was a lift and the rooms were standard, it had everything we needed although it wasn’t very clean. The floor was dirty and the air con was blowing out black stuff on the beside table and bed. The breakfast was in hotel contilia and had really good options for continental breakfast. The street can be noisy in the mornings and there is a mini fridge that should be stocked with water however ours wasn’t and we only realised this on check out. Overall we thought our stay was pleasant, the stay were all really lovely and helpful but we wouldn’t choose it again when we go back to Rome, we expected it to be better for the price.

Had a lovely stay at Hotel Campidoglio in connection with Hotel Cantilia. The staff was very nice and welcoming and everything was in order according to our expectations. Every day, we started our day with a nice breakfast in the dining area next to the charming hotel reception area. The rooms were nice and cozy, but could do with an update in the future. Note that it is a 3-star hotel. Do not expect 4 or 5-star facilities. All in all we were very satisfied with our stay and we would recommend it to others.

This place is creepy af; it’s a fire hazard in every way imaginable, and their policies are sketchier than you’d believe. When I walked in, they wanted everything paid upfront in cash, and asked me to walk 2 blocks to make that happen. When I pressed them, they relented, and said “Oh, no. We can take your credit card.” Then they lead you to a different building from the reception area ( Campidoglio doesn’t have its own reception, so you have to check in at the Contilia several doors down — but they don’t tell you that when you book. Or even afterward. ) There’s also no climate control, so you can bake all night — if that’s your thing. Stay far, far away.

Attention, grosse arnaque car hébergement non climatisé et cela en période de canicule ! Et pourtant dans leur annonce, ils le vendent comme climatisé et gros problème d’électricité, interrupteur en feu pendant la nuit , les enfants étaient en panique. Niveau sécurité, c’est horrible. Les propriétaires jouent le mort quand il s’agit d’indemniser les clients. Si vous tenez à la sécurité de votre famille, À FUIR!!!
