The service is getting bad year after year Internet is very bad Rooms are clean and spacious But the services are not worth the value paid Very expensive

The Hotel is really near to Saudi Arabia most popular place call Souk Al-Zal,so I can go shopping there easily

Water was cold in the shower others are good

I booked including breakfast.... but when I checked in hotel's records is without breakfast included ????

Quite basic and tired hotel in a scruffy suburb with not much nearby. Buffet breakfast was ok, small gym, swimming pool and Starbucks on site. Room smelt of smoke and steam room/sauna was closed.

The location is near to batha market and magliya market which is good for most business traveler. Room is spacious, toilet is clean and there’s a sofa on front of the tv, overall is ok, there’s not much food served during breakfast and it is always same menu everyday. Internet was not good.

The hotel is good. But there price is really high than normal

The carpet in the room is not very clean, the light is very dark, and the Wifi signal is very weak, which is not suitable for business workers. It can only be rated two stars in China. And the cost performance is low. The hot water for bathing is only available for 5 minutes, and it becomes cold water halfway through the shower. This is the case every day. There is a gym, but it is locked tightly no matter when you go there. The glass door is covered with an anti-penetration film, and there is no light inside. It is unclear whether there are really gym equipment. I have never seen service, and no one has ever come to clean the room. If you don't call for water, mineral water will not be delivered every day. There is a second-hand home appliance market around, and it is also difficult to find a restaurant.

The room is older and the price is more expensive. It is located in the old city. The surrounding environment is relatively poor. There are many and large markets. It is suitable for friends who do market research. The address of the hotel is inconsistent with the street address name of the navigation address. I saw that the price and Wrong street address, thought I was staying at the wrong hotel!

The price/performance ratio is quite good.
