Nice place, got a free upgrade to a suite. But too many Chinese people which makes it loud in the lobby. They were even playing cards, probably for money too.

Decent rooms but WiFi was a major let down even more important for business travellers

Great jacuzzi on the top flour, sauna and steam room open till late (11pm). Breakfast is just fine - we’re disappointed about coffee. Be careful about baggers on the front door, as it is 5 stars, there are a lot of them.

Be careful while booking this hotel as they do not provide free cancellation. I loose my whole money view cancellation of my travel due to unavoidable conditions

Very nice place with nice customers service I was very very happy with this hotel this is my 2nd times coming here and I will still come here every time I got chance to go in Riyadh

A simple and straight forward hotel. Small lobby, but functional enough. Nice decent room that I can sleep well in. Good point is that there is a 24hour restaurant with 24hr room service. The only weird thing about it is that this looks like a 4-star hotel, not a 5-star hotel as advertised.

酒是2022年開業的，算是新酒店了，可是大廳電梯和餐廳相連的位置很臭，是下水道壞了怪味，一直沒有人解決，真不應該。 前台服務員態度生硬，反倒是打掃客房衞生的小夥伴態度還好些。 退房還要查房，要等待，打的車子來了多不方便啊，其他五星級酒店是直接check out，這點希望改進。

衹能説，國內ramada水平的一半。酒店距離機場40分鐘車程，打車要130多里拉（260人民幣）。 房間小，遠，早餐種類少。攜程這是拿了多少提成，利雅得有大把的酒店不推薦，偏偏置頂推薦這個酒店。真的不推薦。

房間OK！早餐太差！沒有去年的晚點豐富！浴室沒有門，注意防滑！

性價比比較低。房間很小，排風扇聲音很大，吵的頭暈，沒有開關，第二天找工作人員處理，搭梯子用衞生紙塞住風口才稍微好點，枱燈也是壞的。早餐不錯
