Ulasan Peridot Gallery Classic Hotel

Senang saya menginap di peridot Gallery Hotel. Staf hotel bahkan meningkatkan kamar saya, dan menempatkan saya di lantai paling atas dengan kamar suite dengan pemandangan kota yang indah. Sarapan hotel sangat bagus, dan kamarnya bagus dan bersih.

Ini adalah perjalanan pertama kami ke Vietnam dan kami senang kami memilih Peridot Gallery Hotel untuk kami menginap di Hanoi. Letaknya strategis di Old Quarter dan terdapat banyak toko kecil, kafe, dan restoran yang menarik di sekitarnya. Semuanya bisa dicapai dengan berjalan kaki. Kami sangat terkesan dengan layanannya, semua staf dengan senang hati membantu dan akan melakukan yang terbaik untuk mengakomodasi kebutuhan kami! Ketika kami harus berjalan ke hotel saudara mereka untuk janji SPA kami, mereka bahkan mengalokasikan staf untuk mengantar kami ke sana! Sarapan adalah kualitas terbaik! Kami juga meluangkan waktu untuk menikmati bar atap di malam hari! Secara keseluruhan kami benar-benar puas dengan kunjungan kami dan tidak akan ragu untuk merekomendasikan kepada orang lain!

Charming hotel with good panorama view from the rooftop terrace. We booked the Junior Suite for a bigger room and balcony. The bathroom was sizable for Old Quarter but unfortunately the water pressure/shower head made it very difficult to have a proper shower.

All of the receptionists, housekeepers, and bartenders were pleasant and accommodating. If there’s anything to be improved on, I think it’s the staff at the breakfast buffet. They were nice but they prioritized asking me my room number instead of giving/showing me the menu first, I had to even ask for it.

ALL the staff went above and beyond, we're so friendly, helped us with flight and tour bookings and taxis.. Everything at your doorstep in Old Quarter or a scooter ride away.

Beautiful hotel, every detail is very thought out. Breakfast was delicious, staff were amazing and helpful. The rooms were spacious, large bathtub and shower. Rooftop area had amazing views of the city.

I made reservations for three rooms and checked in at the front desk in the morning but by 3 p.m., there were still no rooms available for me. The building had very few windows and no distinction between sizes, yet the prices varied significantly. The facilities in the rooms were old and there was a persistent unpleasant smell. The hotel's pool, despite looking nice in photos, turned out to be just a small kiddie pool. The hotel staff had difficulty understanding English and Mandarin, making communication challenging. Furthermore, the location was not particularly convenient. Overall, this hotel is not worth the high price.

Nice mattress for a peaceful sleep to recharge after the tiring day and welcomed by delicious local breakfast the next morning and warmth by the great hospitality of the staff , what else could a traveller ask for ?

Hotel is kinda old compare to the Peridot Grand Luxury. Room is also smaller as expected.
