Ulasan Hilton Copacabana Rio de Janeiro

Clean hotel, but old and worn out. The elevator was very loud, even though it wasn't close to our room. We stayed here for the rooftop bar and the incredible view from above. The food and cocktails at Isabel Lounge were fantastic. The hotel offers free umbrellas, chairs and towels on the beach. My stay here was 5 days, so I had the opportunity to evaluate the breakfast.I wish there were more variety of products, Hilton is not a cheap hotel at all!

Pictures on website lie, the actual premises is old and outdated! Bathroom was dirty and old, shower head was full of dirts. The floor inside the room was sandy, even though we didnt go to the beach, sound like they didn't vacuum throughoutly enough! The front desk staffs got no smiles maybe to Asians !?!? Other staff in breakfast area are not friendly except Luana, she is the only staff i found smile on face!

This hotel doesn’t worth the money it asks . It’s very old the wallpaper is going out of the walls , it has the smell Stuff is friendly and helpful

The service is disappointing

They allowed us early checkin, even though it was 11am, room was clean, but there was no water, pool is awesome, the meal prices higher than other 5*s in Copacabana.

酒店位置非常便利，可以看到Copacabana沙灘美麗的景色。早餐很美味，選擇很多。員工很友好，細心，登記入住和退房都很快，效率很高。很棒的酒店，推薦！我們還會來的！

第一次來里約出差，預訂了這家酒店，整體來説交通位置非常好，房間條件也還行，推薦！ 大家來里約注意安全，預訂這裏可以提高安全性。

早餐可以，餐廳可以看到無敵海景，房間太臭啦。對面就是沙灘。非常美的 但是房間太臭了。可能住的人比較多，不用刷信用卡

房間不錯，就是沒有純凈水，自來水説可以直接喝，但是一股味道，顏色也不那麼乾淨，反正巴西這方面，比國內的四星都。。

環境非常獨特，風格統一，就喜歡這種有格調的地方

中規中矩的商務酒店，主要適用於第一次來不想踩雷的人（畢竟大家的點不一樣）。 巴西這邊酒店普遍都比較老，這個號稱2020年裝修但差不多還是國內2010-15年裝修的風格…但是在巴西就別想着有國內那種適合年輕人的智能酒店了。 有一個重大問題是早餐的餐廳彷彿是有設計缺陷（或者就是太封閉了聲音出不去），特別吵，不在意這個的話倒還行。 Copacabana這邊其實海景房略吵（8層及以下），完全可以住城景。
