Muiti bom! Hotel bem localizado e com vista privilegiada! O ultimo andar tem uma academia ótima

Der Standort ist gut und das Frühstück ist super das war es aber auch schon. Wir sind angekommen und das Zimmer war noch nicht fertig also haben wir unser Gepäck an der Rezeption abgegeben. Als wir das Hotel verließen sagte die Dame an der Rezeption wir müssen noch für die Aufgabe des Gepäcks zahlen. Es hat uns niemand informiert das dies etwas kostet also haben wir nicht gezahlt! Das Zimmer war im 1. Etage und hatte kein Ausblick aus dem Fenster nach draußen, man schaute gegen eine dunkle Wand so war das Zimmer immer dunkel und man wusste nie ob es Tag oder Nacht ist. Als wir abends ins Zimmer kamen und die Klimaanlage angeschaltet haben war lief plötzlich Wasser der Wand herunter und der ganze Boden war nass, unsere Koffer und Klamotten waren nass und wir mussten sie trocken, der Koffer hat davon nun Flecken. Wir konnten die Klimaanlage also nicht benutzen und konnten nicht gut schlafen. Wir baten den Nachtdienst an der Rezeption um eine Lösung und er sagte er melde sich wieder. Nach 1 Stunde haben wir er wir nachgefragt da sich niemand gemeldet hat. Der Mann an der Rezeption sagte er kann uns in kein neues Zimmer bringen da angeblich ”alles ausgebucht“ war. Eine Reduzierung des Preises war auch nicht möglich. Das Zimmer roch zudem unangenehm und es waren offene Shampoos von anderen Gästen vorhanden. Wir können das Hotel also nicht empfehlen schlechter Service!

Experiência incrível, super recomendo! Minha primeira vez no Mirasol e super voltarei mais vezes. Atendimento ótimo da recepção, em especial ao Rafael. Acomodações e instalações novas. Recreações funcionando normalmente: Piscina, sauna e academia. Ao café da manhã só esperava horário estendido até pelo menos as 11:00, embora dentro do espera. Opções comuns, sem muitas opções. Gostei muito de forma geral.

Local bem localizado e com um ótimo atendimento. Deixou a desejar pelas acomodações. No meu quarto tinha muito barulho por causa dos condicionadores dos ar condicionado dos outros quartos aos lados. (Não entendi muito bem a logística da janela), o interfone para falar com a recepção não estava funcionando, e em certo momento tomando um banho rápido o banheiro alagou o quarto todo. O hotel também não permite fumar nos quartos, mas não tem área de fumantes após as 22hrs. Tirando esses detalhes, foi uma estadia tranquila e em um local bem localizado e seguro.

Fomos em família, 2 quartos, nos deram os quartos 1405 e 1705, a localização, o café da manhã são muito bons. A maioria dos funcionários são simpáticos e prestativos. O quarto 1405 era muito barulhento, no último dia apareceu uma goteira no mesmo, mas infinitamente menos pior do que aconteceu no 1705 que foi traumático com o encanamento estourando sobre meus pais, inundando o quarto e nos trazendo prejuízos.

É um hotel com bom custo benefício.

Property is very outdated. Rooms are poor insulated A/C was very noisy. There was no service whatsoever plain breakfast no bartending or cocktails available. There were no Beach/pools towels available throughout our stay everytime we asked.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Mirasol for our first trip to Brazil and Rio! Thank you for everything!

Old style Copacabana hotel badly in need of renovation (apparently some floors have been but not where i stayed, which was tired, with things working/not working erratically). Cannot fault the staff though, who were excellent.

Maneger and employees unprofessional no nice rude the door card not working 6 times need to go down again to explain. The door is not open. Unacceptable. not happy at all.the housekeeper is very nice I like it that’s my point

Poor Apartment, I won’t call that hotel. Over priced for sure. Very old room… forget about the jacuzzi “ presidential room lol” Rate shouldn’t be over $70usd. Won’t recommend it

Great / WiFi needs it’s no the best! Very slow
