Worst hotel I've stayed in my life. Staff look like they could not be bothered with anything. No service at all from the front desk. No one picks up the phone when calling. Room was dirty. Pillows, bedsheets, curtains etc were all stained. Basin was leaking. Rooms did not have ledge to double lock. key cards kept malfunctioning so we had to reset it with the front desk every time we left the room.
Elevator takes incredibly long and makes creaking sound as though the last wire would snap and the whole thing would free fall.
Breakfast was chaotic, like a market. Food felt like it came out of a military cookhouse. Plates and cups still had remnants of food on them.
Lobby was incredibly tiny and packed. Felt like the entrance of a ******* especially with people smoking at the door most of the time.
WiFi sucks. Couldn't load emails half the time and forget about anything with photos and videos.
Hotel was also extremely strict about check in and check out time. So for the most part of the day, the lobby looks like a gathering place for the homeless.
Hotel also charges to keep your luggage for you. This is ridiculous, especially for a hotel that charges USD 50/night and claims to be a 3-4 star property.
No way this hotel deserves more than a 2 star. Even that would be a very generous rating. You would be better off with the 3 star IBIS hotel next door.
