terrible cleanliness, cockroaches in the room, boring breakfast (there is not even a toaster), the staff at the reception seem to be trying to help, well, they do not fulfill any request. I do not recommend it to families for a long time. Spending one night alone is fine.

Good three star hotel, does the jib, good Rio Central location, Shane Aviation the poor breakfast!

Terrible of course. Dirt and cockroaches in the room, TV and Wi-Fi do not work. Lack of soap and towels in the room. You have to ask the reception staff for help several times, because they forget the first time and don’t do it, although they pretend to write it down. The location is only good and the breakfast (which I would like to improve by adding fruit, for example, or cereal)

Excellent location to those who seek easyness in transportation around historical Center area of Rio de Janeiro Brasil. This hotel is basic however safe clean kindly attentif représentatives . I enjoyed my stay. At nearby surroundings great delicious food nicely priced in excellent quality. Merci à tous l’attention toujours

Basic hotel in the centre of Rio with breakfast included. It probably has the best value for money. Wifi was available at reception, not in room.

No internet in room only in lobby. Barely working. Cheap price though

The worst hotel where they break into your room at will and ransacked your luggages and belongings. You can't never feel safe here. Breakfast food is horrible and the wifi oh just another full page to complain about. Booking this hotel was the greatest mistake. They shouldn't be allowed to continue operating. I'm going further to report them to BBB and all international hospitality regulators.

Bom hotel

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in my entire life. Location in a dangerous area, facilities falling apart, rude staff, dirt everywhere. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!

Check-in takes a while and is delayed. There are a lot of people waiting together and standing at the reception waiting for the room to be released. The phone in the room didn't work and there was no rug in the bathroom, which ended up always getting wet.

Everything is in order and compatible with the price. Except for the two grumpy attendants =)

Rooms with a bad smell without towels I had to go to reception to request only bath towels which were provided claiming that they did not have a face towel. Finally, despite being cheap it is terrible especially the reception attendants both men and women in the service.
