Hotel gelap. Lift berventilasi Sarapan yang buruk. Pelayan membawa pilihan Anda ke meja. Telur dadar dan telur orak-arik tidak mungkin dimakan karena banyaknya minyak. Dan tetap dikenakan biaya sebesar 160.00 yang tidak ada di reservasi. Mereka bilang itu dari ***********

Overall is good, nice view convenient location, upgraded me to a sea view room which was nice.

Hotel bem localizado, porém quartos pequenos, sem vista nenhuma, chuveiro bom. Só pra dormir está bom. No geral razoável.

Хорошое расположение, в целом отель приятный. Не очень чисто, но был один нюанс нет гибкости персонала и самое главное при регистрации нас спросили откуда мы? Ответили мы из Аргентины и сотрудник ресепшен ответил ), не люблю аргентинцев, как и у вас с соседней страной. Чему мы крайне удивились. А по остальному не плохо, но я туда больше не приеду

Ao chegar ao hotel já fui surpreendido com a cobrança adicional de 69 reais, que não constava na reserva, me senti enganado pelo site que me fez a venda. Segundo a atendente a reserva foi repassada para a decolar, por isso teria essa taxa ( havia feito a compra pela trip). Essa taxa adicional tornou o preço final bem mais salgado, pesquisando constatei que seria possível ficar em um hotel bem melhor por esses preço. Quanto ao hotel, o atendimento foi bom, principalmente o rapaz do bar da piscina. A vista é muito linda ( a melhor coisa do hotel). A piscina é uma banheira, inclusive ao fim do dia e na manhã seguinte estava muito suja, com uma crosta de e óleo e protetor solar sobre a água, o que tornava impossível entrar. O café da manhã bem simples, num espaço bem pequeno, aliás tudo no hotel é bem pequeno. Corredores estreitos, elevador pequeno, o quarto pequeno e o banheiro micro. Podíamos ouvir o barulho do chuveiro e descarga do andar de cima. De uma forma geral a experiência com o hotel não foi a expectativa, principalmente pelo preço e pelo o que oferta.

O atendimento da recepção e da recepcionista não é cortês como deveria e esperado pelo nível e valor da propriedade. Não estão tão preparados para reservas efetuadas on-line pois, demoram na localização e cálculo do imposto.

The reception staff, housekeeper, and servers at breakfast were very customer focused, friendly, and welcoming. For an older building it is well maintained and has all amenities necessary to be comfortable. The location essentially at the juncture of two famous beaches is excellent.

Wonderful property with panoramic rooftop pool and sunbathing area. Nice breakfast is available for fee each morning. Very helpful staff. Walk across the street to the beach and also near restaurants and shopping. Great value.

This is my second time at this hotel. Marcela from the reception desk, Rogerio, the messenger were outstanding. The cherry of the cake was the caipirinha prepare by Rafael, the barman. The best I’ve ever had!

Love the hotel. Loved the service. Staff was amazing and sooo helpful. Only thing is very small in space which was something that we are not used to. But they made efficient use of the space so beautifully. Plus just across from the beach is always a win in my book. Loved it. Thank you so much for taking good care of us.
