Ulasan Premier Inn Manchester Airport (M56/J6) Runger Lane South

If you stay at a Premier Inn bring a toilet brush! I use Premier Inn quite a lot - convenient, comfortable and value for money. Not this time! There seems to have been a change in corporate policy, for the worse. The card that I got when checking in told me that I could get my room made up by informing Reception before 12:00, which I did. Upon my return to the room nothing had been done! Reception then informed me that their head office policy now was for stays longer than one night, rooms would only be made up after 5 days! Fortunately they found some clean towels, replacement tea bags and a toilet brush. Someone from the bar then helped me make up the room and clean the bathroom. Top marks for staff helpfulness but no marks for corporate cleanliness.

The hotel is what you would expect. However they charged me twice for the hotel and had to go and had to drive back to the hotel to get a refund. The reception was unorganised and slow. And most of the time nobody on reception. The rooms was good and was clean so can't complain. However the weirdest set up ever the sinks was outside the bathroom. The sinks was in the room where you sleep awful to try and use sink while you have a baby or someone sleeping.

Our second stay here in a Premier plus room. 514. Very spacious, extremely clean, lovely refurbished rooms & shower room. Really good quality toiletries. Premier Inn has been our chosen chain for the past 5 years. We dined in the restaurant & Davide served us, always attentive to all his guests. Thank you to all the team for another great stay.

Perfect location and accommodation prior to departure. Comfortable, quiet room and great help yourself breakfast. Staff were all really helpful but special mention to the incredibly helpful Tracy who was able to sort out our booking...and still smile!!

This was a short stay over for early morning flight from the airport (close by and convenient). A standard Premier Inn, immaculately clean, quiet comfortable room. decent food and we knew what to expect. However a massive shout out to the wonderful staff. The bar and restaurant was super busy but the team were wonderful, personable and very helpful, every single one of them. People make the place and the people here were terrific. The reception was especially good with a lovely welcome. A special mention to Laura in restaurant who took welcome and hospitality to the next level.

Really nice hotel and restaurant. Big thanks to Laura who was such a help durning my stay. Great service at the restaurant and she was very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were very clean and a good deal! overall I enjoyed my stay so much and will be back again soon !

We enjoyed our stay very much on the south side hotel! Great service and good nights sleep in the room. Very clean and everything you need. We enjoyed the restaurant and the food. Our stay was made very enjoyable by Laura who couldn’t have given us more help and provided great hospitality and service in the duration of our stay -thank you very much !

This is a really great hotel with lovely service. Laura was very kind and welcoming making our stay very enjoyable by being very helpful we will be back soon as this is a perfect hotel! Has everything you need restaurant comfortable bed and very good service.

Very confortable stay ,lovely and helpful staff. Lovely manager if i remember her name correctly jenny .and of course without forgetting the breakfast staff. I personally recommend staying there. The room are recently refurbished also it worth mentioning the good,reliable shuttle service to all terminals

We stayed here for one night as we had an early flight the next morning and we were pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel was. The rooms were really spacious, aswell as the bathroom and both were absolutely spotless! The staff were also all so nice and welcoming. Only downside was the noise from other guests (drunk brits) which the hotel can't help but when we had to be up at 3am this definitely wasn't appreciated.
