Ulasan Premier Inn Manchester Airport (M56/J6) Runger Lane South

If you stay at a Premier Inn bring a toilet brush! I use Premier Inn quite a lot - convenient, comfortable and value for money. Not this time! There seems to have been a change in corporate policy, for the worse. The card that I got when checking in told me that I could get my room made up by informing Reception before 12:00, which I did. Upon my return to the room nothing had been done! Reception then informed me that their head office policy now was for stays longer than one night, rooms would only be made up after 5 days! Fortunately they found some clean towels, replacement tea bags and a toilet brush. Someone from the bar then helped me make up the room and clean the bathroom. Top marks for staff helpfulness but no marks for corporate cleanliness.

The hotel is what you would expect. However they charged me twice for the hotel and had to go and had to drive back to the hotel to get a refund. The reception was unorganised and slow. And most of the time nobody on reception. The rooms was good and was clean so can't complain. However the weirdest set up ever the sinks was outside the bathroom. The sinks was in the room where you sleep awful to try and use sink while you have a baby or someone sleeping.

Our second stay here in a Premier plus room. 514. Very spacious, extremely clean, lovely refurbished rooms & shower room. Really good quality toiletries. Premier Inn has been our chosen chain for the past 5 years. We dined in the restaurant & Davide served us, always attentive to all his guests. Thank you to all the team for another great stay.

This is the worst premier inn I’ve ever stopped at (and I’ve stopped at a lot of them!). While the check-in staff were excellent, the bed wasn’t great (was far better when you used Hypnos) and the restaurant was really poor. Particular mention for the food (which I believe may have been the cause of my upset stomach for the next 24 hours - which ruined the start of my holiday) and also the greeter/seater who grunted instead of smiling and welcoming you to the restaurant.

Loud banging noises, loud noises and people shouting from around 2:40 am-4am rang down to reception and problem still wasn't resolved! I would like my money back as I didn't get the sleep I needed, had to be up early to leave and was disrupted.

We came off an early flight from the Caribbean, and tried to see if we could get our room that we had booked early. Unfortunately, it wasn't available for a while, but the night staff, Callum, was fantastic. He went above and beyond to help us. Resulting in one of the best customer care experiences from a premier inn. A top lad, well deserves the praise

Great hotel if you need somewhere near the airport for either work or travel! The staff are great especially Alison who works on breakfast in the morning making all my stays here feel like a home away from home, her fantastic customer service was always welcoming and made my stays here very easy and enjoyable.

Had a great stay here at premier inn South. Really comfy beds (looks brand new) Had an amazing meal in the restaurant followed by a lovely breakfast. Service on the bar too Jack was amazing. He had great energy always a smile on his face and made sure that everyone was well looked after. Would definitely recommend here if your flying from Manchester

I stayed recently with my wife and children and was very impressed by the quality of service. There was a young man named Jack who was very helpful and couldn’t do enough for us so we will definitely be returning the next time we fly from Manchester Airport.

It was the best we’ve stayed in. The hotel and room were spotless. The staff were so friendly and attentive to say it was full. Ate in the restaurant and the whole group enjoyed everything we had. Was cheap to stay in to say how close it was to the airport I’ve payed 4 times as much and would certainly rather stay here.
