Nice budget hotel. The room is clean and well-equipped. There is a nice terras to enjoy the good weather. The receptionists are very friendly and welcoming. The checkin and check are also very easy. The hotel is also very close to bus stops (for no. 1, 51, 52) - which makes easy to reach the city center.

we stayed 2 weeks in this apartment, nice place, apartment very clean and cozy, perfect location, stuff excelent and friendly, in apartment we found everything for cooking, only thing that was disturbing that near is the kindergarden, but if you close the windows - no problem. special thanks to Elena

well-equipped apartment, excellent location, parking available, playground, quiet area close to the center of Riga. nice service, helped to solve the problem with lost luggage. Bar downstairs. Close to the train station. Definitely recommend.

On the good side, it was a pleasant place, the room was very clean and the reception staff was very polite. But on the other hand, they charge you 100 euro "security deposit" which they inform you only when you are about to check in. Then they deduct some fees from that for some "broken glasswear", when we did not even use the glasswear inside the room nor used the minibar. This is very unprofessional to charge money on false reasons. On top of that, the AC was broken for the last 2 days, and we had to sleep without AC during the summer, because the maintenance was only available during the weekends.

The room was clean and welcome lady was polite. But be careful, take a pictures of minibar when you check in and other things/room to avoid additional charges in month after your accommodation. Unfortunately, not good experience with this place.

I would not recommend to stay in this place for several reasons: • when you book from the phone and see the price it’s a price excluding any exactas as VAT and other fees and taxes. In my case apartment price was 80 euros and total charge was 124!!! Be careful when booking • you need to leave a deposit via some service which has to sent some code, which didn’t arrive from the first time and hostess resigned to let me in without this code even I have send a confirmation of deposit • the room is smelly and has dirty walls and cheep and in poor condition furniture. • hostess resigned to return funds and made me mad I couldn’t hold my self calm and had to swear-shame on me, but service is really poor. If you are looking for clean and average standard place to stay-this one is not for you.

Nice, clean and very well equipped apartment ( one of the best we ever had) and very friendly staff, safe space for parking the car (5€). Only the direct neighborhood is not very nice, the walk to the old town is 25min. Riga anyway is a great place to visit.

Myself and my friends stayed here one night. Positives the place was clean. One staff member was not particularly nice. We asked to drop our car a little early and were told to park elsewhere. I really disliked the signage around the advertising of a taxi on the bathroom mirror also with house rules. One such, not to throw weird objects in the toilet. Also the prices everywhere on items that were stored in the cupboard items in the fridge when there was also items for sale in the reception area. I got extremely conscious that water by the litre in the tap would have an extra cost added. Thus making the stay uncomfortable. It was expensive considering the places we have stayed elswhere here. I looked forward to leaving.
