Great location, very new and clean rooms with everything you need.

RECOMMENDED 6/5 Location perfect, not center but near Executive suite, i cant ask more Bed perfect, pillows perfect, duvet perfect Big room and all so nice suite 513 have best and beatiful view Staff so nice and welcoming also helpfull Will come again

Great hotel, we were very satisfied with the accomodation. It saved us a lot of money to have our own kitchen to make breakfasts or dinners. The kotchen is fully equipped and you can order olive oil, balsamico or salt and pepper by scanning a QR code in your room for free. The same applies for slippers, pillows and more. The bathroom is also fully equipped with Rituals shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand wash. The staff is amazing and are fluent in english. They can help you with transport or any other touristy things. I am overall really satisfied and would check in again.

We visited Rīgā for a festive weekend before Christmas and were lucky enough to stay in the Aparthotel Amella. We arrived late on the Friday evening, and the staff welcomed us with a smile. I had asked for a higher room if possible and was delighted to discover not only were we on the top floor, but also a spectacular corner suite. The views were amazing of the city, and the modern decor of the hotel (refurbished in 2021 according to the website, but could have been last week judging by the condition of everything) was absolutely beautiful. The beds were luxurious , the bathroom comfortable and well-stocked (including, bizarrely, a washing machine) there was water in fridge and a smart TV with Netflix, Spotify etc if that’s your thing. It was about a ten minute walk into Riga itself (5 minutes from the central market, 20 minutes to the Christmas market) but you really don’t mind walking around this beautiful city, when every corner reveals a new example of stunning fairy tale-like architecture. The only possible thing I could say against the Amella was the gentle vibration of the room caused when one of the city’s trolley-cars went past. However, as these don’t run through the night, it doesn’t disturb your sleep and is more a quirk than anything else. If you’re visiting the beautiful Riga, you couldn’t do much better than checking out the Amella. We’ll be back!

The Amella lies in a quiet part of the city, about 15 minutes walk to the old town via road works and an underpass. We couldn't find anything in the way of local activities e.g. restaurants or bars. But the apartment itself was very satisfactory; they accommodated the needs for 3 people in a room (twin beds and a sofa). The room itself was spacious and comfortable. The staff were helpful and spoke good English.

The most important thing for me - pet friendly! Nice big bed, soft pillows, absolutely all necessary utensils in the kitchen, even salt and oil. Super friendly staff at the reception, you can additionally ask for slippers, a toothbrush and anything else if you need it. There is a parking lot outside, where the gate is closed, I could walk my dog ​​there. For one person double room felt super spacious, really loved it!
