Very lovely hotel! It was warm and cozy, organic design, clean room and fantastic view onto the old town!

格式高くロケーションも良かったのですが、宿泊した部屋にはセーフティボックスがなかった為フロントに貴重品を預けました。預け書をもらわなかった私達も悪いのですが、フロントの若い男性が引き継ぎをしなかった為スタッフが探しても見つからず、危うく飛行機に乗り遅れるところでした。電話が壊れている事、バスローブがない事を伝え、後で届けると約束しても現れず。。。ハズレの部屋だったと諦めました。

這家酒店服務非常好，前台小姐姐給了我們一個類似套房的房間，有一個茶几非常寬敞。前台的人都很彬彬有禮，客房服務非常快品質也不錯。 缺點是對我個人來説床太軟了，背疼，但是同行小夥伴睡的很好。位置的話不在城裡但是打bolt進城衹要幾歐並且天晴的時候view超級好。

設施老舊，電源插座少，淋雨破損，早餐簡單，基本沒有服務

商務出差，預算內找的這家酒店，整體不錯，衞生，環境很好，早餐也不錯

位置在老城對岸，服務確實好，建議住在老城

The hotel is situated just across the river from the old town which is a 10 minute walk away, so location is ideal. It is also one block from the bus stop where bus number 22 provides a direct link to and from the airport. The hotel feels tired and is in desperate need of some refurbishment, the rooms feel dated and housekeeping is not efficient. Housekeepers didn’t clean my room for 2 of the 6 days that I stayed there which is poor for a 4 star hotel. Staff, although efficient, are not very friendly. Breakfast is good and the restaurant has a beautiful view of the old town.

We have used this hotel several times and will definitely come back again. We are completely satisfied with everything. Can't find anything to dislike.

★☆☆☆☆ Disappointing Stay - Multiple Issues and Poor Communication Our recent two-night stay (Sept 6-8) at this hotel was marred by numerous problems: 1. Breakfast Fiasco: - At check-in, we were told we could order anything for our early departure breakfast. - The next day, this changed to a limited sandwich selection. - On departure morning, we were told there was no breakfast at all, leaving us hungry for our flight. - Had we known, we would have bought our own food. The hotel's misinformation prevented us from making alternative arrangements. 2. Room Key Issues: Our key card malfunctioned three times in two nights, requiring multiple trips to reception from the 8th floor. 3. Poor Breakfast Quality: When we did have breakfast, the machine coffee was barely drinkable and the pancakes were cold. 4. Cleanliness and Maintenance: Our room was visibly dirty upon arrival, and the interior showed signs of neglect and disrepair. The lack of coordination among staff, poor communication, and failure to deliver basic services significantly impacted our stay. The breakfast situation was particularly frustrating, showcasing a disregard for guests' needs and a failure in customer service. We cannot recommend this hotel based on our experience. The multiple issues we encountered suggest serious problems with management, maintenance, and guest care. Potential guests should consider alternative accommodations to avoid similar disappointments.

Old room, electric sockets are broken,air condicioner working loudly, the wallpaper on the walls is torn

I am a long-time and loyal customer of the Radisson Hotel. No respect for VIP members - I got an old room. I am very sorry to have to report this.

We expected more from radisson it was pretty old hotel maby view from window would make it better, but it is what it is.
