I am requesting a full refund. There were no staff on duty to check me in, nor would anyone answer the phone.

Don’t recommend this hotel. Dirty, no costumer service. Was traveling alone therefore I managed, but if you are traveling with family, look somewhere else.

This property was terrible. the inside is so rundown and old. The room looked like it was from 1990. counters were stained

Front desk lady was kind and helpful once i saw my room sofa bed had dead dry old roaches and bedbugs on covers. Asked to be cleaned no housekeeper on site and was given another decent room. Needs new housekeepers to actually do there job and clean.

The bathroom was filthy and had not been cleaned in a long time. There was no coffee maker in the room nor chair for the desk. The attendant at the front desk was rarely available.

Shower was dirty hair. Sheets may have been washed but it was time to get rid of them altogether. The door says it locks at 11 but they lock it at 9 and you have to bang on it in order to enter

The people at the front desk were very nice. The room was horrible. We didnt have trash cans in the room, the lamp was broken, the sheets and wash cloths were not clean, the soap in the bathroom was used before we arrived. We barely felt comfortable staying the night but couldnt ask for another room because we were told the entire place was booked.

Ok property but customer service was lacking. Room ok but hair in bathtub, funny room Smell. Not a primary choice again

Very dirty rooms. The entire inside had a distinct odor. The heat, when turned on, smelled like cigarettes.

The room itself was adequate enough for one night. The lobby and everything between there and the room stinks like ****. As others have said, it most definitely needs LOTS of renovation. The older front desk woman wasn't friendly at all. Just asked for ID's, CC's, "sign here", "here's your keys"....done. I would say the experience is somewhere between a motel and the average Holiday Inn. It served its purpose for the quick overnight, near the soccer fields, but I'd likely stay somewhere else next time, unless I was in a pinch.

When we first walked in to the hotel all we could smell was smoke. Stepping out of the elevator on the 2nd floor smelt horrible. It was a mixture of smoke, like someone cooking curry and the Glade deotorizing sprays that they have throughout the hallways. Our door to our room was difficult to open. It would take 2-3 attempts to get the door handle to work and had to slam it shut to make sure it shuts all the way. Once in the room it looked ok and didnt smell that bad but had a slight hint of smoke. It was tolerable fir one night. There was miss matched furniture. The lamp in the living room area looked like the Leaning Tower of Pisa. We had dirty towels in the bathrooms. They may wash them but they dont care about stains or clumps of hair hanging on them. I found a used wash cloth hanging over the top of the shower curtain from a previous guess when I was in the shower. There was meldew/mold around the shower faucet. It took me 3 towels to find one I could use to dry off. Needless to say I didnt feel clean. Oh and as far as toiletries goes, a 2-ounce bottle of shampoo and a bar of soap will be your "free" toiletries. They dont keep dishes or anything in the kitchen. No spare pillows or linens for the pull out coach. You have to request these things from the front desk and go get them. So I do not recommend this hotel unless you are despirate for a place to stay.

We checked in late. We were very exhausted from 9 hours of driving. We were only one to check-in, but took us a long time. The website info said the room is for 4 person, but pillows and blankets were set for 2 persons. Called ftont desk, they asked me to come down to get extra beddings. I was not able to use a hair dryer. It was very dirty. The website said breakfast but it was very light (instant) continental breakfast.

Facility is aged, not maintained and not clean. Sad to say one of our worst experience

We had to wait 30min for someone to show up and check us in. The main entrance and hallways smelled of stale smoke. There were socks and what looked like a T-shirt and shorts under our bed. The bathroom sink didn't drain. Our tv remote didn't work with the tv, even after getting new batteries. There was a couple in the room beside us who got into an argument and moved it outside, right next to our room. We literally were there from 9pm-7am.
