Ulasan Grand Park Hotel Vancouver Airport, Ascend Hotel Collection

The hotel is a little old in general. The room is alright but would be nice if they have more lightings. It gets a little too dim at night. The location is fine, close to a mall with big supermarkets.

Very close to airport, although it said 30mins per trip for the free shuttle, the shuttle may not come on time but so far still ok for the stay

Enjoy the complimentary shuttle bus service between Vancouver airport. It is scheduled every 30 minutes. Please bring your own tooth brush. There only basic amenities of shampoo conditioner and body wash.

Room was showing its age . Also not clean . Dirty slippers , ail clippings, dusty . Fridge was unplugged as excessively loud . Lamp plug leads grafted together with tape ( legal? ) def not safe . Shower fittings loose . Asked for room to be serviced, was not done . When this was brought to front desk we were told nothing could be done . Felt front line staff were process focused , only doing the absolute minimum. Smiles are not essential. Only redeeming area was the restaurant, pleasant crew , food good average std

Location is good. Room is spacious but too dim. Room cleaning on each third day. For one time, the beds were poorly made. I would say they didn’t even bother to change the bedsheets.

I have stayed here many times and find the hotel and amenities are perfect for my business travels. The excellent location across from Landsdowne Mall is perfect to stroll around and Skytrain is only 5 mins away.

Location is next to a shopping mall and is only 15 minutes walk from subway station.

Good location near Landsdowne Centre. The equipments are relatively old fashioned. Overall good.

Nice place, nice room, also nice location to the Vancouver airport

We went there to check in at 11:00 am and they were very nice to let us check in early as long as they have the room ready.

Excellent service. Airport shuttle service pick is on time. Fast check in and very good breakfast. Warm stay.

Hotel located near the metro and McDonalds, just opposite there is a mall and a chinese/international supermarket. There are also many restaurants in walking distance. The lobby, gym, and room are a little old but overall quite clean. Best part of the stay was the bed - super soft and comfortable! However, there wasn’t any amenities such as toothbrush, comb, or facial puffs (there wasn’t any in the room and we brought our own anyway so we didn’t ask for it). Hotel shuttle from the airport was late (we had to use the free call booth) but the departure to the airport was okay.

Lighting was really low and the water temperature was really weird. It was an ok place near the airport, they do offer pickup and drop off which is nice
