The hotel was good for one night as a stop over but I would not stay here any longer. The staff was kind of not that helpful inside they overcharged us for an additional person which was uncalled for since none of the other hotels ever did that the food was OK do you have a sphere was normal I would stay here again only as the last option.

Net hotel. Aardig en behulpzaam personeel. 900m van metrolijn M4 die direct rechtstreeks naar airport Sabiha Gokcen gaat. Goed ontbijt.

Man kann es verkraften, es könnte noch besser werden.
Clean and decent Hotel, I would recommend for Business trips. Good breakfast, helpful stuff. I will choose again Ramada Encore by Wyndham Istanbul Kartal Hotel. Hotel close to Istanbul Park and Medical Park. Many restaurants and Cafes nearby.

There is good, bad and then worse. Starting with Good: Rooms were very clean, breakfast was quite nice. The Bad: Hotel was on very busy road and there is major construction work going on across the road so as a result even with ear plugs on it was difficult to catch any decent sleep, plus aircon had only hot or fan modes as a result room was very warm and uncomfortable at times. The Ugly: Staff at reception agreed to let me in the room till 4:00 pm since my airport transfer was booked for 5:00 pm. But then they locked my room I went back to reception and reminded them I am getting picked up at 5:00 and receptionist again said no worries sir you can stay in your room, only to receive a ride phone call "demanding to immediately leave the room or pay for an extra day". Without making any fuss I came downstairs and sat in reception. I asked the receptionist would I be ok to quickly grab cup of coffee from restaurant and she replied of course sir help yourself. I went downstairs and two gentlemen there (who I treated with utmost respect throughout my stay and even said thankyou to them and shook their hands in the morning) rudely came between my way and coffee machine and said no coffee for for you. And very very rudely demanded money and got quite aggressive with me, I won't have minded paying for coffee but the way they spoke to me was extremely insulting, they even said to me we have closed the coffee machine and the restaurant is closed for you and kept saying no coffee no coffee. I came back upstairs and shared the whole ordeal with receptionist and what did she do absolutely nothing at all, least I was expecting an apology or perhaps may be even a cup of coffee but she was not interested in my complaint. I even left a letter of complaint with her for the manager. While waiting for my cab I ordered coffee in reception and paid for it (which is absolutely fine) but the way your staff made me feel, insulted and humiliated me, approached me so aggressively is something I have never experienced in my entire life of travelling. I am a very frequent traveller primarily because of work but this experience at Ramada has left a very bad taste in mouth for many years to come. I strongly suggest customer care and hospitality training for your staff at earliest, it seems they're in a completely wrong profession.

Good transit hotel in Asian side of Istanbul. The breakfast was good. The room was small but sufficient for night sleep. Close to metro station and shopping mall. It is a convenient hotel Sabiha airport.

We requested reception to order a taxi. The tall/muscular guy in reception ordered for us saying night charge etc. etc. and charged 25 euros. When getting back we came to know that taxi fare is just 6 (160 Lira)euros. Pathetic behaviour. It's better for him to beg in street rather showing such pathetic behaviour to tourists.

How is it possible someone coming to your room at 1 A.M while you are at sleep? Again, Receiption knock the door at 1:15. I think the Receiption team need many renovation: No one come for welcome No one cares about the luggages Wrong room at first time (Double room for twin request) TWO times one room sold at midnight (nightmare) As a traveler, you always choose a hotel (specially branded one) to get everything as you desired BUT.... I tried to stay 5 nights BUT maybe tomorrow new things happen... Bye Bye Although, Room is clean. Toilet and bathroom super clean and seems just renovated.

I am writing this letter to thank you for the wonderful care and as an appreciation for the services from your staff. It was our first visit, and we were really concerned regarding the service but no doubt we had a wonderful time staying over here. Every staff member with whom we came in contact was attentive and kind including Gur Shan in room service and Ergul in the kitchen. Cem at the reception was particularly helpful and attentive, as much as Hanife, Musa and the rest of your staff. N.B: the bed was so comfortable as well. Hotel personnel including front desk are very warm and kind. I advice this hotel. The location was suitable for business trips. Close to metro and transportation and airport which is important. Hotel price is also very competitive .

Great hotel , very clean and well presented . Internet is good and complimentary and the staff are friendly and nice always willing to help The food was decent and reasonably priced which you can get room service up to 12 midnight
