Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Wausau

I found the hotel clean the room was spacious..enjoyed the hot tub...left before breakfast but there and the food they were getting ready looked good...the lady that checked us in was so nice and friendly..wished me well on my surgery the next day and gave me coupon Texas Roadhouse next door...would definitely stay again

Door to room did not close all the way. Safe did not work. Linens smelled bad. Chair to desk was broken and she stated they all are. When mentioned to front desk they did not seem to care. Said she would mention to manager but never any conract from mgmt. Won’t stay here again

Water was like warm to cold and tub didn’t drain. Someone’s car alarm went off outside my window from 11p-12 midnight 4 times until the front desk had them move their car. The tv has no sleep timer. There were ants in the bathroom. I got put in a room in the lobby which had nonstop noise - walls are thin.

Only complaint I have was the hallway doors slam shut making it difficult to sleep. A little adjustment to the doors can fix that. Unfortunately there were 3 of them.

Very helpful friendly professional staff who were quick to respond to questions. Very soft towels for a hotel. The only improvement would updated and better lit hallways

Great place, walking distance from restaurants. Stayed here a couple times for skiing/snowboarding.

Clean. Easy checkin. Close for what we needed. Great breakfast. Great service. No complaints.

Very nice surprise! Two queen room was big and clean. Checkin was easy. Hotel is located in a very convenient area close to shopping and restaurants

Good service and courteous employees. Comfortable beds. We just got tired of same 2 breakfast items: scrambled eggs/sausage and biscuit/gravy. May look for other hotels in area next visit.
