You must try the amazing cocktails from the lovely Eva at City Bistro, the bar of city center hôtel in Rhodes. I took several Times Caipeirina and Mojito and they are delicious and not light as in many bars. Try it. You will not be disappointed.

After staying elsewhere in Rhodes town and then leaving Symi a day early to return to Rhodes because of the heat in Symi, we managed to make a last-minute reservation for one night here. My husband and I absolutely love this hotel and wished we had been here from the start. It was extremely hot during our stay in Rhodes. Our first hotel had no air conditioning in the lobby or breakfast room, just in our room. It was the same at our place in Symi. We love this hotel because of its location and our comfortable room with a nice balcony, but mostly because it has a nice big air conditioned lobby with glass doors looking out on the street. Just outside the glass doors is a shaded and covered outside terrace next to the sidewalk. Great for people watching and so nice to sit in air conditioned comfort and read our books. Also the staff are very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was good and is in a separate room at the back and comfortable with air-conditioning as well. I give this hotel 5+ stars.

We stayed in this hotel for one week. The experience was decent thanks to the the staff that was very friendly and to the breakfast which was okay. However, the room that we received was worthy of a hostel, with old furniture, without a closet with shelves, the shower barely worked and the carpet in the hallway was very dirty. The conditions offered are rather for a 2-star hotel.

Nice hotel on a good location. The room could use an update. Closet had no shelves, the toilet very small ( the toilet to close to the bathtub). Some options for drying wet towels on the balcony would be great. The room was cleaned daily, fresh towels every day, breakfast ok.

Nice hotel with a nice buffet breakfast. Staff is attentive and super kind. Room is nice with a little balcony. Good bed. Shower is good and satisfying. Good wifi. Simple and functional. They do not provide coffee to the room but there is a cattle and cups. And refrigerator. They do not provide beach towels Threr is an elevator Room is clean and comfortable Nice happy hour Location is good. e

Nice helpful staff, smooth check-in procedure, the room had everything I needed (inc. an electric kettle and a small fridge), working AC, a balcony with 2 chairs. The room faced the courtyard, which is not much nice by itself, but the positive thing was that there was not so much noise from the busy street. 4 to 5 minutes´ walk to the nearest beaches, 10 minutes to the Old Town. Very good breakfast with lots of choices. The bath was a bit old-fashioned, but together with the shower worked properly. Otherwise nothing negative I can think of.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. Great hotel, very friendly staff. The beach is a 4-minute walk, a very good view from the window towards the sea and the casino. We will definitely come here again.

Booked one of the “deluxe” rooms on the 5th floor with jacuzzi hot tub. The room is appalling. One lumpy pillow each, the walls are paper thin, mis-match curtains that let the light in. The wardrobe is tiny! There is nothing deluxe about the room at all! The terrace is ok. The only deluxe thing is the hot tub! Barely slept because we could hear the guest next door snoring it’s that terrible! Don’t get me wrong the staff are amazing and the lobby downstairs is pristine but that is where it ends. There is barely any space to move in the room let alone for 2 suitcases which we couldn’t unpack because the wardrobe is so small. The bathroom is ok but the shower has no hook therefore you need to hold the shower head by hand to wash. Really really disappointed. If this is a deluxe room I dread to think what a standard room is like.

The hotel had really Friendly staff, clean, perfect location we had no issues at all! Really smooth check in and check out system. Someone at reception 24/7 and you leave key with them when going out which is nice so you don’t have to worry about loosing them!
