Pearl Hotel

Location is fabulous. Restos and grocery stores everywhere. Staff is excellent. Breakfast is excellent, full variety, not just coffee and a dry bun. Highly recommend. Single rooms are a bit tiny but serviceable. Go stay here. 4.5/5 thank you

A very polite and service-minded staff. The breakfast menu plentiful and delicious. Clean rooms in silent surroundings. Good location where restaurants, the sea and the old city is within walking distance. Stable WiFi. Highly recommended

On arrival the gent couldn't have been friendlier, explained the pool and breakfast times, showed me how to get through and walked me to reception (Esperia) to check in and collect my key. I was a bit disheartened to hear I had a basement room but on opening the door was reasonably impressed. Room 11 was a good size, in good order, had a very private terrace and despite others bathroom woes, this had quite a modern bathroom. All be it, a bit of an odd set up with shower one side, opening directly on to the bedroom and a room with WC and wash basin, the opposite side. I think the benefit of this hotel is that you have Esperia City's facilities, with a budget price. The pool was lovely, though more beds in the shade than not. Breakfast was extensive and opened reasonably early until 11am, so no complaints there. All in all, a pleasant stay.

Please think twise before booking this hotel. Let's start with the pros: +Breakfast is quite nice. Nothing special, but nice. Juices are sugary liquids but food is ok +Aircon was good +Cheap +Customer service was good Then the negatives: -Our terrace door locking system (room on the gound floor, or -1 actually) was broken when we arrived so we couldn't lock the door. Someone could've just walked in our room from outside. They fixed this when we told them about it. -No shower head holder in the shower! There was no place to put the shower head, except shove it between the window opening (see image attached). Come on, is it really that hard to maintain a working shower? -Sewer thing on the floor was broken so you could hurt yourself stepping in it's hole -If you run out of soap you have to ask for it, it won't be refilled by itself. -No new drinking glasses to replace dirty ones -Cocroaches in room hiding and livin under the bed that has never been cleaned underneath -At ~6am the staff start to rearrange the sunbeds in the pool area by dragging the beds making terrible noise -When ever you open the window or terrace door it wouldn't take many minutes before cigarette smoke starts to enter the room. Unbelivable many guests were smoking even at breakfast right next to your table. Some kind of a smoking ban would be nice -Bed was terrible, so hard! Even though we like firm beds this was hard as a rock and made terrible noise. A bit of caretaking and this hotel could be a lot better but seems like the owner doesn't just care. If guests don't ask for something - you won't get it. A bit of an upgrade (like shower head holders) and better cleaning and that kind of stuff this could be a good 3 star hotel.

An odd-shaped triangular-shaped hotel, so be careful when picking your room, as you might only get an hour or so of sun on your balcony, depending on the time of day. Very friendly and helpful staff, the place is spotlessly clean, and so well located for a stroll into the Old Town. Breakfasts are ample. Recommended, the only caveat is that some of the rooms are rather small to function as doubles. Check!

Hotel bellissimo, pulito, personale molto cordiale ottima cucina e splendida colazione. A 2 passi del centro storico e dal castello, 3 minuti a piedi dal mare. Ottima posizione Ci tornerò sicuramente. Stanze pulite e fresche. Piscina e colazione in piscina Ottimo bar
