Delfinia Resort - All Inclusive

If you have booked this hotel, I hope you have good luck. If not, don't book it, it's better to pay more for a good experience than pay less for a bad one. The 4 star review don't live up to the standard. The water is cold, including the pool and shower. The public toilets near the pool and bar aren't clean, and our room was falling apart. We aren't sure about other rooms, but ours was low-quality, especially the toilets. The bathtub edges were peeling, there's no hot showers and as a whole very outdated and old. The food was cold and always the same, with limited options. The hotel sells an idea that there is different food styles for each night, but there is one new dish if you are lucky.

Arrived late evening and made to wait over 1 hour in disorganised queue for check in at the main hotel reception desk. No information was given (about meals or facilities) and the receptionist just asked ‘cash or card’ and pointed to a sign stating an environmental charge of 10 euros per room per night. Bar closed at 11pm every night and no entertainment provided except for a music quiz that looked like has been created on chatgpt. Also one of the main pools was empty and fenced off. Only issued with 1 x room card for our group of 3 and was told by reception staff and duty manager that it is hotel policy to issue only 1 card per room and no more ! Also no kettle provided in the room but managed to get one after asking multiple times at reception then chasing down the manager. Visited local area and most shops are closed and look like they are unlikely to ever open again ! Not a 4 star hotel and would suggest that staff need customer service skills.

Me and my mama stayed in one of the villas. The villa was a 4 star as it was clean, spacious, private, beautiful and the pool was amazing although it was cold. Without the villa the hotel is a 3 star at best. I would like to say that Nesti, one of the evening Asian waiters and the evening lady who served Prosecco were absolutely fabulous. Some of the other staff were rude. The food was ok but the same each day to the point where I couldn’t even face the thought of it at the end of the holiday. I would come back to the villa again but the restaurant food and none branded alcohol just didn’t do it for me or my mum. I don’t know how they call themselves 4 star. Location was okay as there are regular buses to places such as Lindos and Rhodes town. All in all it’s a good memory but I would only return for the villa, and the evening Prosecco served in a glass.

The first thing is to say is I fail to see what is so wrong with this hotel. We were shown to our room. Kind of below ground level but still a bit of a view to the pool bar etc. It was inf act a family room even though it was just me and my partner. Very clean. We had a kettle, cups and glasses, a flat screen tv and a fridge. Good size room. Very clean. Sheets and towels were changed every day. Ok they weren't the fluffiest towels in the world but clean and did the job! Nice size clean bathroom. Few chips here and there but that's just wear and tear. Nice balcony. The food was great. Really something for everyone. Every meal there was nice fresh salad, cheeses, meats and different sorts of breads. Big choice of breakfasts too many things to list! If you cant find anything to eat here you need to give your head a wobble! The usual desserts and different dishes which always included pizza and pasta amongst a variety of other dishes. Staff were always pleasant without exception. Hotel was in a nice location with a walk of about 15 minutes to the shops and beach, a pretty little harbour with a small church and a bar which we didnt go in but looked nice. Car parking opposite the hotel too which was good as we had a hired car and travelled all over the island. We weren't confined to the hotel. Swimming pool and pool bar area were clean and childrens activities and shelter were also available along with plenty of sunbeds and a good size pool. Also a nice childrens pool. Would I go back and stay again. I would especially considering the price we paid for an all inclusive 7 day holiday! Happy to answer any questions you may have :)

Very nice weather, rooms were clean and my review is based on Ravi the bar man so friendly, funny and kind and the food was nice overall an amazing g 10 days. The location was beautiful and the pools were clean, the rooms were clean and the food was nice lots of variety

The experience was very execellent, I’ve enjoyed every second of it. Barman kosmas the manager was amazing Livan absolutely the best and katerina from restaurant was amazing The food was really nice we enjoyed everything there the place the drinks everything was absolutely Perfect nice staff we reccomend it for sure Amazing
