Poor quality of rooms. Washbasin taps & western pot were broken. Over all clearness & hotel hygeine were very bad. I already checked out 3/4 days before

I stayed there but staff was unprofessional and room was over priced, you have changed more the 4000- but it wasn't more the 1000-, that's why we left the room before checkout coz it was noicey and below expectations.

Spacious and tidy room. However it lacks ammeneties. No cofee, tea saches. No kettle as well. We travel-led in december first week and most of the staffs are unresponsive and unavailable due to functions at hotel. Definately good hotel but service can be improved.

Need to improve coordination between the staff or should keep trained staff. Facilities that they are providing and amount they are charging doesn’t justified. Even the reception staff does not solve any problem that comes to them.
