The real estate and location are very beautiful & park like with views of Sierra Madre and warm inside the rooms not dry desert warm, real warm compared to some places you could be in Reno. I liked the antique style furniture. The staff does watch after the safety of the guests & I saw Mom's with newborns stay there & I saw families & kids as guests. The rooms are quite large & warm with a private rest room & full tub in case you need to soak in Reno's Icey winters and there are giant big bay windows that let the Sun in the morning like a Victorian home. Tall ceilings and solid Victorian walls cannot hear anything disturbing at all. I felt safe and was sad to leave after a month stay. I would like to return some day; I hope the charm in the building still exists when I return. Review made by AnnaLisa Tipton
