"Reception staff helpful, moved us into room with bath as requested. Room was large, with coffee machine, but bit dusty, would have preferred a regular TV not Internet one, and woken by noise outside the room in the morning. Bed was hard, and two singles joined together is not that comfy. Neither of us slept well unfortunately. Free parking was good. Would have liked to try the pool and hot tub and gym but only stayed one night and ran out of time. Handy for travel to Gatwick Airport. Value for money."

"The beds were absolutely terrible, never had a worse night sleep as we did there, so uncomfortable. The pillows were so hard and lumpy we hardly got any sleep at all. The plans flying over were noisy. There was dirty washing in the hallway when we arrived at 7 pm and was still there the next day at 8 am. They advised breakfast but then we were told there wasn’t any. Over all staff were polite it was quite clean but we would never stay again"

"I recently stayed at the travel lodge at redhil and after not expecting much I was simply blown away, I was checked in very precessional and the room was spotless,bed very comfortable overall very satisfied, Have to say I was booked in by Jen who in my opinion could be front of house at the Dorchester in park lane she was simple amazing and so helpful and polite I really hope that the travel lodge appreciate the huge asset she is to their name, Having such wonderful staff is a rare privilege in these times and they should appreciate her efforts and professionalism, Will return if the opportunity arises in the future, Daniel"
