Comfortable rooms. Helpful and friendly staff. Great service and location.

It's a shame, I have stayed in the hotel for 6 times through 2023. But each time I stayed, i questioned the service and cleaned rooms over the stays. It's at the top end for price, for no service for food at the advertised restaurant in the hotel, no buffet breakfast, as you have to order from the menu, for additional cost, and to top it they tried to ask me extra money for the parking! In their secluded car park, which is on the premises, I argued my case and was waiver to pay. I am a paying guest in an empty hotel. They must be losing customers. It's supposed to be a wedding venue, god knows how. I will be now booking elsewhere after this stay.

Like staying at South Crest, I always stay 2 nights while I'm on my business trip, lovely staff and welcoming, clean and good food.

Good place

The hotel facilities are old. I booked it on short notice. I couldn't find a suitable one. I will look for a hotel with a higher rating next time. Only breakfast is ok The basin drain was broken. I notified the front desk but no one came to fix it when I left. I stayed for two nights and the basin didn't work. It was very uncomfortable.
