Lokasi fantastis dekat dengan bandara dan berbagai pilihan makanan. Kamar depan bisa berisik karena dekat dengan jalan raya. Bus 40 dari Elizabeth Quay menurunkan penumpang di depan hotel.
Parkir tidak aman jadi keluarkan semua barang berharga dari kendaraan.
Mesin penjual snack & minuman di hotel.

Fairly reasonable airport hotel. Beds were good, room was clean and easy access to the airport. Everything you need for a quick overnight stay. All good

Bad time at the ibis. Despite emailing to the hotel via Trip that as we were coming in on an international flight we could not be at the hotel for our one short night stay before 1.30am. When we arrived the whole hotel was shut up for the night. There was a phone number on the door to ring but as we had just arrived in country our mobiles weren't recharged and working. We had to wait until another late arriving couple came and let us use their phone. When we finally got through the operator insisted on speaking to my wife although I had made the booking on my email. The final straw when we finally got in was that there were no lifts in the place and we had to haul our heavy cases up three flights of steps to our top floor room. We had to leave at 7 am next morning to continue our journey and the only saving grace on the stay was the nice young manager gave us a hand to move our cases down stairs to the taxi.
