Holiday Inn READING-SOUTH M4, JCT.11 by IHG ★★★★
"Good as always tho the lack of soundproofing of the doors really is a joke"
Novotel Reading Centre ★★★★
"The hotel's location is super convenient, it's very clean and tidy, and the facilities are great with a pool and gym. The staff are really friendly. I'm looking forward to staying here again on my next trip. Highly recommended! 👍🏻"
Hotel 1843 Reading ★★★
"The over cleanliness of the hotel was pretty poor, hallways were beat up and in need of repair, the sheets were stained and there was dust everywhere. Especially dirty window seals and cigarette burns on the bedside table. The first night the adjacent rooms were arguing and playing loud music until 5am, the second night it was more quiet but the hallways smelt of ******** and every half hour or so someone was throwing stuff about in their room. It has the potential to be an outstanding stay, the staff were fine and coping well with what they have. it’s a shame the people in the area let it down. Missed breakfast so I could get some sleep once everyone had settled down before having to check out and travel again."
Travelodge Reading M4 Eastbound ★★★
"Just awful. Hotel outdated needs a refurb. Dead spiders In wardrobe Broken mirror on back of door Lots of rusted Crome in bathroom Dirty carpets. View from window disgusting. Outside needs a good clean."
Garner Hotel READING CITY CENTRE by IHG ★★★
"Beautiful hotel close to the shopping streets and train station. Seems brand new and well equipped. Great staff."
Village Hotel Reading
"Lovely stay and lovely hotel! Was well taken care of. Thank you!"
The Roseate Reading ★★★★★
"Pros: Spacious and tastefully decorated. The 1.8-meter bed was very comfortable. Cons: A bit stuffy without air conditioning; the main entrance is a 10-step staircase, and they don't offer to help you with your luggage. I carried it up myself."
Sure Hotel by Best Western Reading ★★★
"The front desk treated guests differently, constantly complaining about the noise in my room while ignoring the loud singing next door. Someone who planning the trip to Reading suggest to avoid this hotel"
Parkside International Hotel ★★★
"Check in was a bit slow . But stay was decent but they could work on their cleanliness as the bath tube had stains and the toilet flush was not stopping at all was running through the whole night. And bed covers had some stains as well"

Premier Inn Reading Central
"Domi at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. Location was perfect, just across the road from the main town centre. Within walking distance to Reading train station. Room was super clean and had no issues with noise."
Premier Inn Reading (Caversham Bridge)
"Lovely hotel. Most miserable reception staff I have ever encountered, especially the man who was on the morning we left. I politely mentioned that whilst I appreciated that they had put a fan in the room because of the heat, the state of it, it was beyond filthy, wasn't really acceptable. He barely acknowledged my concern, didn't look up from the computer screen, and just mumbled, I'll tell the cleaner. He most definitely should not be fronting a hotel reception. Hos absolutely not bothered attitude left a lot to be desired."
Malmaison Reading
"Lovely grade ll hotel building and near station and town centre."
Premier Inn Reading South (Grazeley Green) hotel
"Given a tiny room even though a family of 4 with 3 beds squeezed in, even though my sister staying had a larger room all to herself. Put us right next to the reception door which kept us up as banged our door everytime it was opened. No phone signal. Vending machine charging £3 for a small bottle of water and no shops close by. Breakfast advertised as finishing at 10.30 but actually finished at 08.30 and so we missed it. The most expensive Premier Inn I have stayed in and yet by far the worst. Would not stay again.."
Wee Waif by Greene King Inns
Premier Inn Reading Gateway
"Location is great, 4 mins off Costco and supermarket, Burger King, nandos next to the hotel. Check in is quick, room is great and quite clean. Will definitely come again."

"A great room for a solo traveller, a huge king size bed and all facilities. They do tend to put singles in the Wellington lodge which is a 10 minute walk to the pool facilities."
