Bed was very comfortable amd the customer service is very good Bad point menu limited and drink choice quite poor which I personally feel could be better But overall a nice all round hotel very convenient for it's location to shops and surrounding bars and entertainment

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Only used the hotel for a place to sleep, as was meeting friends and work colleagues to celebrate handing over a completed job. Because of the location, hotel was ideally situated. Easy to get into town by foot or taxi.

Very pleasant stay, hotel was clean and staff went beyond expectations! Especially Insha, Liam and Josh. The dinner options were good and the food was flavourful and tasty. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will be back when we stay in Reading for sure ☺️

Me and my husband visit family in reading every year and the stay is usually really good but on this occasion it wasn’t the best, at 6.30am on both mornings there was a family above us who were like a heard of elephants so we couldn’t get the lie in we really needed, we did speak to the receptionist on the way out and she was lovely, very apologetic but we were really disappointed with this visit, maybe as a bit of advice to try and put families on the bottom floor, I know it’s not always possible but I wouldn’t like to have a stay like that again.

Bed was comfy and breakfast was nice but one member of staff at breakfast wasn’t very friendly and made us feel slightly unwelcome. We was in room 315 and there was filler patches above our bed and a patch had obviously been repaired above the toilet roll holder but was painted in a completely different colour. I didn’t mention this to staff as I work in a hotel so know there can be faults and despite this we did have a really nice stay and would go back.

This hotel is in a great location as it’s very close to the shopping centre and local restaurants, though there is a restaurant and bar on site which is reasonably priced with good offerings, so we ate on site as they had a few promotions on. Staff are friendly and available 24/7. Our room was really spacious with plenty of shelves to store our items, and sockets to charge your phone are on both sides of the bed! Overall, everything was clean, fresh and worth the money we had spent. Thanks for having us!
