Exactly what we needed. Would stay again. Family stop before long haul flight

I enjoyed my stay because the room is big enough with large toilet and everything is clean , the food is perfect as well the only problem is that even if the heating is already at 30 drgrees still cold but the staff came to bring me additional portable heating , All thier staff is kind helpful and very courteous , Excellent !

Met expectations. Big rooms, clean, good facilities, great parking and perfect location. 3mins drive to majestic stadium, 9mins drive to Oracle, 1min walk to lidl, 7mins walk to nandos, aldi, McDonald's and lots more. 5-star

The breakfast was good. The room’s location was quite noisy where often has shutting door’s noise. The earliest noise was 6:30am which affect the sleep

All good, breakfast a little busy on Saturdays but otherwise what you expect from holiday inn, simple, clean

Next to highway, Lidl. Convenient location.

I work at Hotel in Japan, but there were so many things that I have to learn from the staff here in Holiday Inn !! Staff were superb!! Always smiling, she tries her bestest way to meet the needs of her customers, and her customer service is very attractive. Also, the breakfast was great, not only the menus, I was impressed by the efficient and smart movements of the staff members. I definitely recommend this Hotel as staying here is absolutely a part of our good memories.

It’s ok. Room a bit old but breakfast good. Only that a guest sneezed onto the food when she was picking for her breakfast.

The environment is awesome, food (breakfast) is good and happy hours at night time in lobby, I like gym room here, and there are two supermarkets nearby, that is so convenience and nice gathering place with friends and family.

It served the purpose , great location for the Reading Half Marathon. Staff were friendly and helpful, thank you.
