Nice and clean, doors were kept locked. It smelled so good in the hallways. Rooms were great I would stay there again with my family.

Hotel was well kept, rooms were clean, and well designed. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately didn’t get to try the free breakfast because we had to leave before it started.🙁

Check-in was super friendly and fast. Breakfast was pretty good. Pool area was very nice for the kids. We were there on a very busy weekend, so there was lots of people at the pool. Pool water was actually pretty warm, and the hot tubs were excellent. Only downside was their new shower floors are extremely slippery. Accident waiting to happen.!!! Carpets in the rooms were dirty needs to be shampooed on a regular basis , but overall the room was clean. I would stay here again.

The Country Inn & Suites is the best hotel we've stayed in in Rapid City. We had a king bed suite so there was plenty of room to work and to rest on the couch. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was excellent with helpful staff to keep the tables and area clean. The pool is large and has a nice open slide and 2 hot tubs. Shopping is 5 minutes away. All good!

I liked that housekeeping only came every 3 days made me feel more secure - I don’t need housekeeping every day and it is also saving on water use - very nice stay.
