We stayed in room 16, a huge room with a lake view. Rooms: style is old fashioned but cozy. Big bathroom Staff: they are amazing and make this hotel very special Food: we had dinner here. Food is very original and of great quality. Breakfast was wonderful The whole hotel is just so lovely. I would love to stay again

A family run hotel which was a very wonderful treat at the end of our week long stay in the lakes region and in an amzingly tranquil and beautiful spot. Andrea's welcome was warm a friendly and he couldn't do enough to make us and clearly everybody comfortable and happy. The lakeside pool and everything about this property are like out of a magazine. I highly recommend it but scared that if I do, I will give away a very special secret. Will definitely return.

An amazing stay, the team were amazing from the moment we booked through to our farewell. The breakfast was tasty and so was dinner. Isolated area but perfect for us. Amazing views over lake Maggiore. Impressive facilities (but chilly for us but in summer will be great)

We came with some friends and very pleased with everything. Excellent food Excellent vegan options ( I am vegan and they were very kind and proposed vegan options ; main courses aperitivo and dessert) Excellent view Excellent service Really pleased with this place !! Will come back for sure !

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Ranco direkt am See im Hotel Il Sole. Ein Hotel an sehr schöner Lage und mit viel italienischem Stil und Ambiente. Sehr schön angelegter Park, tollem grossem Pool und schöner Gartenterassen. Gutes Essen, sehr freundliches Personal und Besitzerfamilie. Eine Neuentdeckung für uns die wir gerne Wiederholen werden.

Eccezionale sotto ogni aspetto. Struttura, location,personale e soprattutto cucina. Le stanze arredate con molto gusto, il personale gentilissimo e amichevole ti fa sentire a casa, la location e la vista impagabili. La cucina è davvero eccelsa. Ideale per rilassarsi grazie all ampio giardino e alla piscina. Almeno una volta all’ anno ci torno.

Il titolo già riassume….posto sempre incantevole in tutto…ma la piscina questo anno proprio abbandonata…perché? Sarebbe così bella…è un vero peccato non curarsi di una parte così importante di questa proprietà che, mantenuta bella come è sempre stata, arricchirebbe ancora di più questo gioiello sul lago….
