There was a bit of confusion when we arrived and the owner water 500 rupees more per night for a/c even though the room we booked stated a/c. After talking to *********** he agreed to let us have the a/c room at no extra cost. The first room we were given had no Wi-Fi so they moved us on the next day. Rooms were spacious. Beds were very uncomfortable (springs sticking out). A/C was good. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Water was hot. Location was great.

Lift was out of order, no proper assistance for parking. Should improve in assistance for customers and have a proper desk coordinator.

We travel-led for some urgent work for one night and our overall experience has ben satisfactory. The person managing the check in is very good and cordial in his approach

Short stay for entrance at jain global campus. This campus is 10km from this hotel. Hotel is centrally located with ksrtc bus stand, market, auto stands near by. Rooms are clean and well maintained for this location. Near by reliance and more super markets are also present

Very good hotel if you want to stay in kanakpura. And it is near to jain university (10km) and will get all the groceries nearby.
