"We loved everything about our stay! The staff are friendly and so helpful. The aesthetic is crisp yet welcoming - especially inviting is a large living room area and an outdoor courtyard, both with great seating, decor, and greenery. The room was large, clean, and incredibly well-stocked. We didn't walk much due to rain, but it was a quick and inexpensive uber ride anywhere we wanted to go. The hotel also has so many amenities and offerings. Would definitely stay again!"

"We recommended this hotel to our clients, and they were very unhappy with their experience and decided to change hotels. 1) Breakfast is served in the room, at a set time, with very few options, low-quality juices, and this is not mentioned on the hotel's website. 2) The room they stayed in was the Studio Double Twin. On the website, the bathroom photos show a huge shower stall, but in reality, it was tiny. 3) The hotel's location is good for business travelers, as it is far from the historical center and attractions. 4) The hotel refused to refund the unused nights, even though the information on the website did not perfectly match reality. 5) Email support is quick and efficient."
