OUR TRIP EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD. 'tHERE ARE ONLY 2 COMPLAINTS: 1. Because my husband is an amputee, we asked for a handicap equipped room. However, the toilet was not handicap status and was very difficult for him to use. 2. When we were preparing to leave, we were unable to procur a luggage cart and had to haul all our luggage to the car. Otherwise, we were very pleased and will be making reservations for the Christmas holidays. Sincerely, Ellen Byrum

They hotel was very clean and staff was very nice. I don’t recommend booking through Trip.com. I booked and prepaid several days before arriving and the room that I had booked was unavailable. The hotel said they reached out to trip.com to let them know that I wouldn’t have a room and to contact me. Instead I got confirmation emails stating my room was available for check in. The hotel was very nice and helped me get an available room with not additional cost but trip.com refused to do any kind of refund for they different room.

Very clean hotel and staff was very helpful and friendly. Beds comfortable and love that rooms have a fridge and microwave.

The area was great. Lots of galleries in the area if you like art. Amazing food/drink atmosphere within the Radical offerings but also some must try options a short walk away. Uber's are limited (especially late).

The front desk staff very nice & professional! Housekeeping very accommodating!! Breakfast was good! Nice variety!! My only complaint was the coffee. Not so good….!

We loved how quiet and private the hotel was but we didn’t love how the majority of the tv channels didn’t work

There was a cockroach in the bathroom. Furniture was cracked and dinged up. There was no hot water at the bathroom sink.

Staff was very friendly but the facilities are in dire need of repairs and updates. Missing part of our mirror, shower rod was bent so curtain was not functioning, chairs were bent up, cabinets broken or scraped, many items in lobby were broken. For the price I expected MUCH better than what we got.

Updated and clean property. The bed was very comfortable. Restaurants and shopping centers where close by. I would stay again.

Pros: *Clean *Employees are friendly and helpful *Located in convenient area with lots of good restaurants nearby (walking distance) *Continental breakfast was delicious & there were a lot of choices Cons: *interior is outdated and could use a refresh (walls had peeling paint & seating area fixtures had noticeable damage) *Wifi is spotty sometimes during the afternoon *Toilet had issues and if you heard it continuously filling up, you would need to flush it again or else you would hear it run all night
