room was dirty...noo bathtub...AC also not properly working...overall worse experience and also noo valet parking

Electric plug, wifi, tv not working. No one available for carry luggage to room. Food is too much costly and quality is poor. Representative serve food by naked hand. Its 7:40 still breakfast not ready. Very poor hospitality. Never eat food here even the quality of dhaba food is better.

Bad experience, very poor staff behavior, even bathroom are not properly clean. No one is there for picking up luggage

Ac was not working properly for entire hotel, i have transferred to 2 different rooms but condition was the same. No verity in breakfast buffet, foods where too expensive even a dal fry cost 550 rupees, i would never suggest this property to any one. Hotel ambience where very good but what to do with ambience only.

Hotel facility is pathetic, no power backup in hotel. Ac not working for hotel, when you say to hotel management that ac is not working his reply is i can do any thing in this as light is not available in hotel

My stay at the hotel was really fantastic. Very good place for couples and business travellers. Ambience of the hotel is really good. Guest room was big enough for a family of 4 to 5 members with great interiors, and facilities.

I call 5 to 6 time housekeeping not responding my room not available any tavel &napkins bathroom very dirty not responding management's

Food is average, Room service is not good I ask 2 time but they not diliver water bottle also they served complimentary only two half- half litre water bottles initially.

Ac not working staff reseption behaves very bad and room service is very poor. Face multiple problem
