Citrus Prime Raipur

Citrus Prime Raipur ★★★

📍 Near Pandi New Bus Stand. Behind Jai Hind Hosiery Market. Pandri, Raipur

"I stayed in Citrus Prim on my recent trip covering three cities starting with Raipur. The hotel is located on service road next to the main road flyover and is just 5 minutes away from the main city centre... The rooms are spacious and have all the basic amenities needed. The buffet breakfast option is limited. They can add some more options to the menu The food tastes nice and the quality is decent. The restaurant is nice but has dim lights and has mosquitoes which the management needs to look into. The hotel needs a renovation as with time the wear and tear are evident. The Hotel staff is Courteous and helpful staff. The check-in and checkout were smooth and easy. It’s a good budget hotel which one can choose to stay during their visit to Raipur."

Hotel Simran

"I am extremely disappointed to share my experience at Simran Hotel. The staff are highly unprofessional and very rude. During check-in, I had already paid for a complimentary breakfast. However, despite this, the restaurant staff denied the service after charging me. Shockingly, they even took away my food plate in front of other guests, which was very embarrassing. I strongly advise others to think twice before staying here. Additionally, I ordered dinner through room service and paid the waiter at the time of delivery. Yet, during checkout, the reception staff asked me to pay for the same meal again. This clearly shows a lack of proper communication and coordination among the staff. Overall, a very unpleasant and frustrating experience."
