Staff behavior is good, responding to the call. Property location is well connected. Rooms are good including the accessories.

We booked a superior room, the stay was not that much comfortable as we got cockroaches in the bed and room. As usual very limited channels on the tv, the food is not upto the mark though they allow zomato and other delivery partners so not an issue with that. That’s all

Good maintained things. I always stayed here 5 years ago. Breakfast is healthy and tasty. So all is well.

Basic facilities are there but quality is missing, the extra provided bed so bad and breakfast is just ok. Windows are broken.

The check-in process was excellent, but the room, bathroom, bed and chairs were all covered in cockroaches. This was a terrible experience considering the premium cost. Even female staff sounds rude when i asked for room service
