Positives: clean rooms, polite staff negatives: biggest issue about this place is access road to hotel is so narrow that there is always bottleneck at some point. Vehicles all can exit or enter but two way commute is not possible. So if you are planning to go out for sightseeing frequently, this hotel is not for you. Another issue we faced is pathetic food management by restaurant in this resort. There is no proper dining area. It's not clean either. When we arrived at hotel by 2 pm, manager informed us that restaurant closes by 3 pm so give order immediately. We placed our order at 2. 30, restaurant guy told that our order will be ready by 3 pm but to our shock, we didn't receive our order even by 5 pm. Like us, they accepted many orders in short window but couldn't complete any of it. Literally everyone who placed order was arguing for resolution and restaurant staff had 0 answers. Just pathetic and unprofessional. Overall feedback is negative. Avoid this hotel unless you are ready to compromise on your expectations.

There was no food arrangement at all kids were hunry for 4_5 years after placing an order. No towel in the room. There was massive leakage in the room. Overall poor arrangement

We booked two rooms for one night. The hotel is situated in a very inner location and path is very narrow. Only one car passes at a time. The staff is polite and helpful. Food quality is also good. Bathroom jet spray and flush wall was not working. The swimming pool was not clean. Overall it was an average experience.

We had a very bad experience at the hotel. We booked our stay there for facilities like swimming pool wifi tv etc but none of them was functional. When we raised complaints we were told we will solve the problem but nobody bothered. It was not all though it was mentioned at mmt it has power backup but there was power outage for almost 4 hours from 8pm onward s and hotel does not have power back up. And the worst part we were only two families in entire hotel.

We reached at 4 pm. Asked for lunch told no kitchen. Had to ask for everything even water bottle. No towels there. Swimming pool was told to be under renovation. Bf stale idli served. Tea had to ask for it
